1979 Toyota StarletReview
Mike writes:
Toyota Starlet 1979 "bugeye" — The best shape of Starlet by far. Availible in 2door, 4door and wagon, and KP60 (1L) & KP61 (1.3L) this little beauty in all its rear wheel drive glory is a winner. This car from factory is the sort you would buy for your grandma to drive every Sunday, but with the endless supply of avalible spares makes it very cheap to turn it into a circuit/sprint/rally/drift car. Also very basic to work on yourself with no mechanical knowledge. Turns a lot of heads. Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.) Pros: Turns heads, love the oldschool look, cheap and easy to maintain, goes hard with locked diff Cons: didnt come with factory 4age ![]() Looking for a Used Starlet in your area?CarGurus has 1 nationwide Starlet listings and the tools to find you a great deal. |
