A Pretty Big Deal ! — Fun, zippy, looks great, cheap parts, people love them, the car will go up in value a lot over the next 10-15 years, lots of car clubs to join, meet new friends, lots of info on the internet on them!

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Fun to drive! people look, lots of photographs taken of the car, cheap parts, big people can fit in them with room to spare!!!!

Cons: If you drive one or sit in one you will run out and get one!

A Great Little British Sports Car For Little Money — a great car in the summer with the top down sharp handling if a little tail happy when the road is wet. will keep up with modern day traffic but the fuel consumption is a little bit on the bad side for a small engine. the grin factor has got to be a 9 out of 10 and i think another 9 for looks maintenance is cheap as long as your willing to get your hands dirty and parts are easly obtained so keeping it on the raod shouldn't be a problem. the build quality is typical british so rust is always a problem so you need to keep on top of it all the time

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: fun with the top down great handling

Cons: rust problems and low fuel consumption

British Car At Its Best — Another of the many sports cars my dad owned in the eighties, light blue with black interior, cassette player, chrome wheels. The carburator caught on fire once, but my dad was able to put it out in time. He sold it because he needed to downsize

Pros: Fun, good looking

Cons: Typical British reliability issues

Great Run Around Car, Not Very Comfortable On Long Trips By Stewart

I love these cars. Being British cars, they have their faults. The ignition system should be immediately replaced. Also do a thorough inspection of the electrical wiring. Other than those typical ... Read More

Time To Let Someone Younger Than Myself Enjoy This Little Car By ddavi380

Most important is it gets 32-36 mpg. It is a pleasure to drive because of the handling. It needs no repairs of any kind, no rattles or noise of any kind. It does not smoke on start up or down shift. Read More
