74 Nova — Used as a platform to annoy people (dual Flowmasters, headers) Old, but reliable ugly unless you're a Chevy guy (I'm not) loads of fun mileage in the single digits on a good day Grandma Green with a Nixon/Agnew bumper sticker

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Loud, hoony

Cons: Old, ugly

Good Beginners Project Car — It has a 350 SBC but it's not as powerful as most others. It only has 55,000 miles so it's in good shape. Horrible gas mileage though. Eventually would like to give it a new exhaust system, four barrel carburetor, and camshaft.

Pros: Still in really good condition

Cons: It's a four door sedan.

Pure American Muscle — this car has everything a muscle lover is looking for: timeless looks, more horsepower than you can shake a stick at (with some simple bolt ons), and an automatic membership to one of the largest families in the world, the car lovers family. my car has served me well even before i supercharged it and i have never been able to keep the passenger seat empty. gotta love the nova ss

Pros: supercharger, 4 point harnesses, monster tach, roll cage, everything a racer wants

Cons: well i cant keep up with a BMW around the corners but that doesnt keep me from trying

1974 Nova — It a work n progress right now, it came stock as a plane jane six popper with no A/C, we are getting ready to shove a 350 Small Block in it now, and have future plans of doing some custom work on its gawdy, huge bumpers

Pros: its old, Its American, and it will be a V8, need i say more?

Cons: ahhh needs more cowbell.....

I Love It. — My car is very reliable seeing as we bought it off e-bay and drove it from mesa, Arizona (close to phonix) all the way back to nashvile ,T.N. This is my 1974 Chevy Nova SS. I bought it from a guy in phonix, Arizona for 2,800 dollars. It was a great deal for such a rare car and i had been saving for a yea or 2 to buy it. I finnaly bought it in september 2007 and me and my mom flew to Arizona to go get it and drive it back. My plan is to have it painted swap engines and do a little body/interior work on it so when i am able to drive i will have a nice car. Its a work in progress and sorta ruff around the edges but averall for 2,800$ it was more than worth it.

Pros: big engine, fast, strong steel body, loud and big, catches eyes

Cons: cops always are looking out for it, okay gas milage

Last Year For This Body Style - Good Looking Nova Custom!! — This car is completely 100%. I have everything on it window sticker, owners manual, previous owner bought the car new in 74' and keeped a log of everything he ever did to the car - oil changes ect. with the miles and date! Car has a 350 cid with a long option list!!

Pros: Car has been sitting for 12 years and need alot of TLC!!

Cons: Hp for this car is rated very low !!  Remember Emissions just came out and the only thing car company's knew how to do with that is reduce compression, hp and other factors for the new laws!!

Kickin' It Old Skool — Bought in great running shape for $1200 and ran it pretty hard. Motor kept on going until it ran out of oil one too many times. 350 had plenty of power after replacing the factory 2-bbl with an Edelbrock 4-bbl carb. Even for a 3800 lb car she was fairly maneuverable on the windy roads by the lake. Definitely can't wait to get her back again.

Pros: Chevy power, RWD, great fun to just cruise around in, bucket seats were very comfy, no shoulder belt to worry about, power steering made it handle great for a nearly- 2 ton vehicle

Cons: Oil leaked, drum brakes, no a/c, bad gas mileage, no shoulder belt, no power brakes
