Wiccckkkkeddd Mmannnn! — this is an awesome car i love it too bits. teething problems like oil leaks are main issues it has. and the smoke off the burning oil on the hot engine looks like its on fire!! the distributor is knacked shudders before lurching forward. could be a blockage in carb but its a new one. rattly, bumpy ride but hell of a car though!

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Old skool

Cons: the teething probs aand the expense of resto

Clasic Look And Style Yet A Year With Most Modern Features — Great car steerings a little light (needs fixing) Body straght engine runs like a dream build quality is great wolfsburg did a great job of the build (previous owner was a little destructive when it came to the care of his cars)

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Perfect car

Cons: Need money for parts

Beetle — The noise, looks and feeling of speed when the supercharger winds up and the bug takes off :-) Cheap to run and insure this is a beautiful car and makes me smile every day i drive it. Does a great impression of a supercharged spitfire engine when its reved up as well.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Looks, the people and great fun to drive

Cons: lack of a decent heater

Best Bang For The Buck — it really enjoys eating mustangs....those that dont think it will...just ask those that know me or know anything about hot vw bugs. low cost for hi-performance parts and it has a lot of class for an old car

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: its just plain old fun

Cons: gas mileage is not as god as you would expect......at least not with everything that i have done to it

Fun — well well. we had an old beat up beetle to drive around for fun in the the winter. Old and completely rock hard snowtyres and lots and lots of ice, that was a blast. One setback tough, the beetle is quite noisy.

Pros: it's a classic...  like pulp fiction

Cons: you need to fix it

1303 Vw W. Porsche Turbo Kit — had the 1303 ..burned 2 engines..hmmm.. Mine had red paint and the Porsche Turbo kit with big wing, fuchs rims, recaro seats etc. It looked like 200 mph. but did maybe 140 km...haha. It was fun - noise - special

Pros: the look

Cons: performance

The Bug! — A superb piece of motoring history! She's fun, she's loud & she's bold! You can't help but smile behind the wheel of a bug. She may not have the best heater, but watch the faces of the new flash car owners, smirking as you unfreeze the doorlocks. But once you're in, she'll start first time!

Pros: She rocks!

Cons: The heater :(

Vw Beetle [old Design] — Performance – poor acceleration, good braking, excellent handling Build Quality – it needs repairs from time to time [due to age]? squeaks/rattles depending on your maintenance Appearance – both interior and exterior styling a league of it's own Cost of Ownership – gas mileage, maintenance, extremely cost effective Fun Factor – this is the best car to drive

Pros: Durability

Cons: Aerodynamics

There Is A Reason The Car Was Sold Unchanged For Over 50 Years — This car is over 30 years old and is more efficient, better looking and handles better than most cars sold today. Everywhere I go people are always commented and interested. The car is very easy to maintain and low cost. It is incrediby light and even at 58 horsepower it has no problem roasting the econoboxes of today. It floats.

Pros: It is an absolute blast

Cons: The heat sucks

Style And Class — one of the best cars ever built and is quite reliable. engines are easy to run cheap on gas. can be modded with suspension interior and MAJOR engine mods. also a good head turning gets a lot of attention from the ladies and not only that but just envied in general

Pros: loud, rips off the line, can bury the speedo

Cons: no heat
