Driving It Just Makes Me Smile. — Wicked old, runs very strongly, has dual downdraft carbs! 5th gear is actually an electrically activated overdrive manufactured by a British company called Laycock de Normanville. Really fun to drive - people point and give thumbs up. Engine, suspension design, transmission are very similar in design to my friend's Nissan pickup.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: It's just 60's cool

Cons: It's crude and lacks modern safety

Volvo 122s Review — The stock car is fine - but a modified one is much better. Braking can be dramatically improved as can overall engine performance. This is a 40 year old car - no new sat nav stuff here. Don't expect a refined ride, it is basically one step above a radio flyer. That's why I like it. It looks great, responds well to performace improvements and is reasonable to drive

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Brakes - handling

Cons: Needs more power.
