I had a really good experience selling my car to CarGuru. They gave me an offer which was slightly more than KBB valuation.
CarGuru took care of repayment of my loan and paid positive equity via direct deposit within 24 hours.

Their customer service was also very efficient and friendly.

Car pickup process could have been a little better since they went back and forth on mechanical inspection prior to pickup and the communication was not consistent on the inspection. But they took care of that issue upon calling them.
