Very smooth and cool, I love it

I had a wonderful experience with CarGurus. I talked to a handful of people through out the course of about 2 weeks and all of them were very nice and friendly. I had no issues nor any miscommunications. They were very thorough and gave me the best deal.

The paperwork side of things went fine. The part that was not as good was the person hired to come pick up the car did not seem qualified and it made the whole thing feel strange.
