Great Experience

Selling my car at CarGurus was a great experience. The online experience was easy and efficient, and they responded back to me quickly. They offered a very fair price for my vehicle, and the fact that they came to my house to pick up my vehicle made the process extremely pleasant. This is much better than having to drop off your vehicle at some remote site like many of the other online car companies require you to do. I highly recommend this company.

The whole process went smoothly. From the offer amount, to the sending of the paperwork and check, from phone calls and text about the pickup of my car, and the on time pickup. When I had any questions I was able to reach customer service immediately and they answered the questions. I read some horrible reviews so was a little nervous, but I’m happy to say there was no reason to be! I’d do it all again. Thank you CarGurus
