We were pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to sell our vehicle. They sent the sellers packet ahead of time with instructions and the transaction went very smoothly the day the car was picked up.

From one hand it was the 2nd best offer I got (by a very low margin), on the other hand the selling experience from begining to pickup all the way to getting the money was by miles THE BEST!!! And you delivered on your promise to make it super easy. Unlike other providers who made it a tad too complicated for promising the same thing.

Everything went as they said it would. Sometimes, you have to get excited about businesses that do what they say they're gonna do. Good on you, Car Gurus

Quick & Easy process from start to finish!

The whole process was very easy. The offer was better then most by a couple of thousand dollars. The online paperwork was easy to submit. Selecting a date to pickup my car was the worst part of the process, there wasn't a pickup date/time available for pickup for over 2 weeks. Not a huge problem but the car had to sit in my driveway the whole time just waiting for pickup. The pickup team was easy to work with. They contacted us to let us know that they were on their way and they arrived within the specified window. The pick up agent walked us through all the paperwork pretty quickly. They were there for about 15 mins and drove off with the car. Super easy would would gladly use them again.

This is very good process to sell your car without stepping out of your home. Love it !!!

Good experience

Went online and got a bid on Mom car. Few minutes later Carguro made us an offer. Offer was inline with comps we saw offered for sale Ford Focus. Kicked it around with my sister who would handle the exchange money for car. Carguru said check on the way and two days later car was picked at her residence. Funds were good in my account 3 hours later. It was that easy.
