The Free Wheeling package is inspired by a special edition of the same age from Ford models in the 1970s. This package boasts a retro-tastic sunset paint scheme and red-accented wheels. The Bronco Black Appearance Package features black finish on the grille, bumpers, and mirrors. In the cabin, the Black Appearance Package adds red and orange pin striping.

What owners say
"Overall, Ford Bronco Sport owners appreciate its fun design and good build quality. They particularly like the full-sized spare tire and the cargo shelf, which adds practicality. However, some drivers wish for more horsepower and have noted that the back leg room can be cramped for adults. Comfort features like multi-point seat adjustments are also a concern for some, and there are requests for more luxury features."
The ford app is awesome, such an upgrade from my old car with the ability to start from the app. The only thing in this model I would say is heated seats but that is just cosmetic things.
October 30, 2025It was hard to find one with a sunroof (a MUST for me) and I feel like the navy interior is not the best match for the Cactus Grey exterior color. But the vehicle is fun and it's growing on me. Doesn't have the comfort (by way of multi-point seat adjustments) that my last car did so comfort gets a b. Also the dial takes some getting used to. Having the "modes" dial so close to the "shift" dial has caused me to shift into the wrong gear a couple of times while driving. The engine seems to comprehend this and di not shift from Drive to Neutral despite me turning it to that at 55 mph. My only other complaint is, since I wanted the luxury features of the Outer Banks, why not offer a power lift gate for the back? Makes no sense. But luckily it is a lightweight gate so not really a problem. Just will miss that convenience when I'm walking to my car with a bag of groceries. It's a fun little truck and super cute. Watch out; you'll start wanting to personalize it. :)
August 16, 2025This is a great car, the only negative I have is the back leg room. Good enough for children but a little cramp for adults

July 22, 2024Needs a bit more horsepower but better in build quality than Jeep Compass. The value for a fully loaded Outer Banks is good. Fit and finish is good for the price point and paint quality is above average.
June 3, 2024I was definitely glad to see a full-sized spare tire included especially since more car manufacturers are moving away from including one. Also love the cargo shelf in the trunk!
