What owners say
"Overall, owners of the 2007 Buick Lucerne are quite pleased with their cars, appreciating the luxury features and smooth driving experience. Many love the comfortable interior and good fuel economy, with the V6 engine being a favorite. However, some have raised concerns about long-term maintenance issues and minor design details. While the styling and comfort are generally favored, leg and hip pain from the seats has been noted by a few drivers."
The car is fine. It has bucket leather seats. Everything about it is luxury. However, I have experienced leg and hip pain after driving this car.
February 16, 2008It's a Buick, need I say more? Clean lines, quiet, powerful, fun to drive. But I wish they still offered a supercharger for a quicker response.
September 21, 2010Quick on acceleration, with no hesitation. Good handling with little 'lean' on corners. Good brakes. Very quite - rustproofing and sound deadening features used for the first time, and next to go into the Cadillacs. The appearence is perfect for me. - Classy without being gaudy, and with a touch of 'sport'. Exterior and interior styling are the most perfect for me that I've owned. - Ergonomics are perfect, and comfort factor is high. It is an easy pleasure to drive, and on cruise, it is effortless, and feels like it's driving itself. - The extra $$ I splurged for the sunroof is the best investmaent I ever made. The sunroof really opens up the interior, and makes for a very 'free' feeling on the road.

August 17, 2009excellent! Good Value. Great features. Car is not missing anthing.
October 17, 2021Great vehicle. American luxury. Fully loaded for comfort and style plus all the power you need. Basically comparable to a fully loaded Impala as. Or cadillac cts. Love it!!
October 15, 2020Other than a minor complaint and attention to detail as far as interior finish, I love this 2007 Buick Lucerne CXS. It was everything I had hoped for when purchased in Sept. 2007. Great gas mileage on trips. very comfortable and smooth with very nice Northstar V8 power. Defintely at its best out on highway trips.
January 4, 2010V6 is awesome. Stay away from the V8. Soft suspension
October 29, 2023The Lucerne is a very good car, but there are a few issues when the cars become older. The electric door locks dont function properly. The window motors go bad. The TPMS system sensors need to be replaced. And for some of cars that are from the North of the USA, due to the snow and salt, the pinch weld areas (this is where the body frame is attached to the chassis) underneath the car rust out.
December 6, 2023I like the styling of the interior and outside. The V6 engine and the fuel economy are very efficient. Very good vehicle for the money.
November 25, 2022I loved the car. It drove just like my Pontiac Bonneville. Looked at two of them one was sold. Both were great value.
