Did not get the pleasure of driving for to long due to the fact I was not car savvy. I had my brother-in-law drive it and he thinks that it is a very comfortable, solid and well built car. Very low maintenance if you keep up with services and a car that will last you a lift time. Have 4 of them in family so know of the pleasure they bring.
April 23, 2012This car does everything we need. Its done 240k miles and still runs great. Its a big white estate so we might right ghostbusters all over it for a laugh. My dad had one and thought it was brilliant too
November 7, 2009I've owned this Volvo for almost 5 years, its approaching its 200k miles on the odometer and has yet to fail on a roadtrip, emergency, etc. Love the car

February 1, 2008Big Bertha was a beast. She could take a beating and not sustain much damage at all. She got fairly good gas mileage, but had a lot of maintenance problems. Little things were always breaking but overall it was a REALLY safe car
July 12, 2009This was the first car I drove in high school. I have many fond memories of this car - smashing into parking lot walls to take advantage of the unpainted rubber bumpers, having to pound the radio because it wouldn't pick up radio stations otherwise, flooring the pedal and waiting about 3 seconds before it would decide to accelerate in a meek manner. I drove it until the odometer hit 185,xxx. Solid car!
December 21, 2007its slow but the breaks are amazing suspension is soft and it rides very very nicely. it is a solid car with almost no problems. cruise control is the only thing that doesnt work. it has front heated seats with third row seats
September 27, 2009I've been looking for one for years and I've finally found one! Couldn't be more please with my purchase. I've never driven a stick before and I probably shouldn't be learning on a car like this but whatever. I'm happy!
July 14, 2013i hate the price of the parts and where i live volvo's are rare and it's hard to find a lot of parts. I have had it for 2 years and its been a great car, still has it's problems, general wear and tear, but its usually reliable
November 4, 2011High Mileage car that just kept on going. I simply got tired of maintaining too many cars for daily use. Opted to keep the big gas guzzler. More room for me to drive about in.
May 18, 2008Used to have lots of cool features, like radio, speedometer, odometer, AC, and cruise, but now that stuff doesn't work anymore. However, the engine is running and the transmission still shifts smoothly, which seems like a miracle.
