Många tillfälliga redo för skroten bilar har man ägt, och alla dem är volvos. skönt att dem tiderna är slut.

-performanc isnt bad for being an old car, she tired and i understand that but some times i like to go a little fast
-build quality is awsome, well it was when it came out of the factory. right now theres alot of rot
-appearence is awsome because i like the older boxy looking car plus i added a few things my self to make it my own
-cost of ownership is not that great, because i'm 17 the insurance is through the roof, it dosent get very good gas milage for a L4
- fun factor is at around 60% i took it off roading once, wont do that again. but for the road it handels pretty well, and its alwasy fun to find a new noise or rattle its making Dec 20, 2009

with a few updates and some modifications this car will run forever. It came from arizona so it is in mint non michigan winter condition. We get lots of head gawkers on the highways and in town. Gas milage is great did a new mod exhaust so my speed has increased. Using a turbo exhaust made the difference.Sep 09, 2009

Bought for $850 from my neighbor who pulled it out of a junkyard and rebuilt it as a side project. We did get it up and running and it was a blast to drive, but sadly it died on us a short while later. He gave me my money back and scrapped it. Car felt solid and the suspension wasn't bad considering the year and condition. The engine had some balls during the time it was running. What would be a good price for a 1985 Volvo 240 GL with 276,000 miles?
We are the second owners the last 18plus years. Rebuilt transmission 21000 miles ago, Michelin tires 25000 miles ago, new front brake pads 1 week ago, new water pump and timing belt 16 months ago. A/C has not ever worked (been upgraded), radio just stopped working. There is cruise control and a sun roof and the body is in great shape. White
