I blew the head gasket when my water pump went out and it was a learning experience. Two weeks after I got it put back together I wrecked it. It was a solid reliable car it didn't look all that good but it got me to where I was going.Aug 20, 2008

This car was a new model in US in 1980. It was my first new car. I bought it because my dad had kittens when I announced I wanted to buy a motorcycle (BMW). I was looking for a Corolla Wagon, but ended up with the Tercel. It was an economical, reliable car for the two years I drove it. Apr 14, 2008
