What do need to swap to make a
I have a 1980 chevy c10 shortbed and i want to swap out the rusted bed with a early 2000 chevy short bed stepside what will i have to change besides the fuel tank

Was fun to drive. People saw you coming and got out of the way for me. Started with a 396, which was a lot of fun, but broke a year later. Tried to find a 454, but couldn't find an affordable one. so had to stick with 350's which were not enough power.Dec 24, 2013

it isnt in that good of condition it is coverd in rust the tranmission in it malfunctions it dosen't shift into reverse sometimes but the engine is a 5.9L 350 fuel injected diesel that has 850,000+ km on it but it still has lots of power May 19, 2010

Preformance- 355 small block..flat top pistions.egale rods and crank.elebrock carb,intake,cam,roller rockers, 36x12x15 superswamper TSL's, posi trac in rear, 205 transfercase, b&m tourque converter, single rolled drive shaft

its got a mild 350 300 horse, stock heavy duty brakes, slammed to ground so it handles well, it the build Quality is good because I built it with my dad, needs a new carburetor front tires, and a larger alternator, no squeaks or rattles, custom pearl paint and custom leather like interior, about 7 miles a gallon because of the low gears, 3 speed transmission, and junky carburetor and its very fun drive except on bad roads because the frame scrapes the grounds Jun 26, 2009

Well lets see, when I bought it it was runnin like a champ, It has that BIG truck feel to it, It didnt have that get up and go, that I figured it should, but lol it sounded cool. Took it off roading a bunch of times, and was NEVER let down. Had to pull other people out...LOL CHEVY POWER!...oh and a tip to some, dont let your "freinds" try to burn outs on dry pavment...Kinda screws up the tourque converter...ASSFeb 19, 2009

sbc chevy 350 with poor gas mileage. it has a trim package and new brake booster, calibers, cylinders, pads and shoes. neck bending acceleration. 0-60=FAST. dual exhaust. TH 350 tranny, hoping to change to a 4 speed. it is a great truck to look at and really fun to drive around in. Jul 28, 2008

my truck started having problems going in reverse like a break was on and took all it could to go backwards but i could go forward with no problem... Then one day i parked it it went in reverse like a bat out of hell nothing wrong with it and almost put me in a river but would not go forward anymore
