I clearly stated I was looking for a Fiat 124 Spyder. They did not have one even though they listed one on their website. After they admitted they didn't have it they kept spamming me with everything on their lot. From pickups to Teslas. Had to resort to blocking and reporting them

This dealership replied pretty quick. They answered all my questions, but they refused to negotiate their bogus fees. I got what I wanted from a different dealership without any dealer’s fees and with way less miles on my luxurious vehicle. I gave them four stars because aside from not budging with the price, they were extremely professional, I was given everything I asked for except my car, lol.

For the most part the experience of buying a vehicle was okay. When I tried to negotiate the price they came back with KBB pricing and didn’t notice until later that they entered my vehicle I was buying (2014) with some issues at “EXCELLENT” condition so obviously top price. Pretty sneaky if you ask me. Not sure I would recommend Hertz in Eugene.

Horrible!!!!! 2 1\2 hrs one way only to get sad face emoji as I pulled in the parking lot. I kept in touch with the salesman from when I departed my house till I arrived and they still sold the Cadillac 1 minute before I walked in. They just blew me off. Never going there again!

Frederick Chevy was very fast in their responses. They provided me a detailed list of the pricing with everything out the door to complete the transaction. They even offered to have the vehicle delivered to my location which was nice since I had to return my rental car. The only reason I did not buy from them was I found the same car about 2K less than theirs.

Worse dealer experience I ever had. The salesperson “Eddie” didn’t wear a mask was condescending and refused to let me test drive the car with the car key.

Yes dealer representatives are excellent, they will Not force you to buy. Very straight yo the point. Roger is a great guy. The Finance Manager will tell you upfront, the bottom line of the price and helpful.

The salesman was good. Unfortunately the Escalade had issues when we test drove it. We told the salesman this. He checked and yes they knew that but the dealership wasn't going to fix it. That was why the Escalade was the price it was. The people were friendly at the dealership.

I received an immediate email indicating that the car I looked at was no longer available. I received several other emails advertising Jettas. I specifically only wanted a Malibu, so I unsubscribed from their email lists. I would have preferred to see other Malibus, so this dealer was not a good fit for me.

Great experience. Maria, salesperson, was great. Financing was quick and efficient. My car was beautifully detailed and ready to go. While shopping for my car, I've seen some really high dealer fees and hidden misc fees such as $2,000-3,000, but this dealer processing fee is $799.00. I'm not sure if $799.00 was good or bad but believe me....it's a lot better than a lot of other dealers I visited.

They won't go down in price, but that's okay, it's worth what they are asking.
