Awesome experience, the service was excellent

Great experience. Maria, salesperson, was great. Financing was quick and efficient. My car was beautifully detailed and ready to go. While shopping for my car, I've seen some really high dealer fees and hidden misc fees such as $2,000-3,000, but this dealer processing fee is $799.00. I'm not sure if $799.00 was good or bad but believe me....it's a lot better than a lot of other dealers I visited.

Replied promptly that the car had sold.

There were no pictures. I asked for pictures and had questions about the vehicle and was repeatedly told that it was being "inspected" and once "inspection was over", the salesman would send me pictures and get me my answers. This went on for several days. Decided to look elsewhere.

Got me a better deal then I anticipated..

Horrible!!!!!!!!! Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. They advertise a low price to lure you in, then slam you with every fee possible. I wanted to pay cash, they would not allow that, had to finanance through one of their lenders. Don't know how these people are still in business.

The advertised price excluded a reconditioning fee of $1,495. So it’s somewhat misleading how they are advertising prices for their vehicles. The processing fee while not included in the advertised prices, it’s normal not to include it, was very high at $795.

Salesperson was helpful and answered all questions. Dealership is firm on prices which are a tad high so I passed.

Dealer was very friendly and responded quickly. Advertised price for the new car was impressively low, but suddenly was raised by nearly $6,000 a day or two after I contacted them..

Promptly called and followed up with email and added call.
