We had a somewhat unique situation whereby we were going to be driving through LaGrange and needed to trade in and buy a new vehicle on a very specific time schedule and Chris made sure everything was taken care of remotely! Izzy told me dealer add ons (doc fees etc) were $2500. Deterred me totally. Also bonmin advertised on cargurus $499 for shipping to me. He shot that down as well. Said that was not true. What a farce.

Sales staff totally unhelpful. More BS stories I wish to entertain. They lied and lied and lied. While they claimed the car was sold, two sales associated emailed me the vehicle was still available.

I finally spoke to someone at this dealership after they ignored the requests I made through CarGurus.com for several days. Despite indicating on CarGurus that they would ship a car out of state, they told me that they don't do that and they'll only sell to someone who comes to the dealership. They seemed confused, disorganized and unsure of their own way of doing business. It was almost like they didn't care whether or not they sold a car.

Got automatic replies back when trying to engage but nothing else. Been trying for 2 days straight to check on a listed vehicle and getting nowhere. I’m out of state so wondering if they are just ignoring. Although I’m ready to buy and will fly down to make a purchase and drive vehicle back home. Real disappointed it seems some dealerships are just so big they feel they don’t have to concern themselves with potential customers.

I had a terrible experience with this dealer and I do not recommend this dealer. I applied for finance and they said I have a good credit store and gave me an email to discuss the numbers. I emailed them several times and called them as well they never return my calls and emails

Quick honest and easy reps, more than willing to work with you, its worth the drive if you arent local and there's a car in their lot you want, i had Mr. Antle as a sales rep and he really worked hard to get me what I could afford! I'd buy a second car from them in a heart beat if I ever needed one.

Since this vehicle just came out and at this time there are not to many in stock and Hyundai does not have any favorable programs at this time they are not willing to deal. I will wait a month or two and if still unable to deal I will go to another brand that is willing to deal.

I had a great experience purchasing a pre-owned luxury vehicle here. They were reasonable, accommodating, and flexible, which is not something you can say for every car dealer. I highly recommend giving them a visit if shopping around for a car, new of pre-owned.

Called and was told car was there. Drove 45 minutes-I even got a call while on my way- informed I was 15 minutes away. Got there waited 10 minutes and was told car was sold that morning!!! I was livid!!!! Especially when they tried to get me to look at something else. I was paying cash for the car and I will never consider doing any type of business with them again

Salesmanship is top-notch. On our journey for a new car, we ran across some shady salesmen, other salesmen who were incredibly unprofessional even downright rude. But the entire process was clearly explained and our concerns and issues where responded to professionally. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone purchasing a vehicle.

Person that answered the phone didn’t really listen to what I was saying. Finally she caught on. I was trying to export the vehicle. She later told me that it’s nothing possible. I informed her that I’ve done it before with Avis. She insisted that it’s no longer possible but also told me to call the office where the vehicle is being sold. I declined to call.

No hassle,with a 2 hr test drive.Financing was great. I would reccomend AVIS CAR SALES when purchasing a used car.

They are not knowledgeable and the last Mercedes I bought from them was in an accident t after they said no accidents. Lied ... that’s a one star.

I clearly stated I was looking for a Fiat 124 Spyder. They did not have one even though they listed one on their website. After they admitted they didn't have it they kept spamming me with everything on their lot. From pickups to Teslas. Had to resort to blocking and reporting them
