Fast response

NEVER GO HERE! They sold the car that day and didn’t even have the decency to call me and tell me so instead I drove an hour to look at a car and then get yelled at by the manager. He is awful and I will NEVER give them any business. They are rude and ignorant. The salesman is absolutely awful and unhelpful and didn’t give me one ounce of information other than telling me I was “screwed”. Never go here.

Just remember to read the fine print when a quote seems like a great deal. In the case of the e-Golf, the price assumes that the buyer will finance with VW Credit -- and that assumption is worth $5,000.

Glad to see women salespeople! Follow up was good. Cars didn't work out, but due to my choices. But I will say...I was ASTONISHED to be told I'd need to pay $500 more to pay with cash.

Easy purchase

Horrible! Unprofessional! I won’t go back. No one was friendly and didn’t care that I came from an hour away with a scheduled appointment to see a vehicle that sold one hour before I arrived.

They were extremely helpful and I ended up purchasing a vehicle from them. The majority of the process was done over the phone since I was in another state. Everything was ready and set for me when I arrived to test drive the car. I left a couple hours later the happy customer of a new Volkswagen. Chris made the experience painless and easy

I called before i drove to the dealership for 40 minutes just to make sure the car is available and when i got there 1 of there sales person informed me that the car sold out last night .

After inspection, there was undisclosed body and part damage. Though the sales representative, Mary Ann, was delightful.. they were unwilling to admit subterfuge nor negotiate price in response and management was hostile and pushy. I will not be purchasing here nor would I recommend.

The staff at Colonial Volkswagen reached out to me almost immediately and set me up with a test drive the next day. The salesperson (Joe P.) was very friendly and super helpful. They took care of everything I needed and went above and beyond to set me up in a new car. An excellent car-buying experience.

Very pushy. Took out a car. Liked it but when asked about the Diesel engine, and my concerns. And told him the mechanic I use told me to stay away from them. He gut an Attitude with me. Instead of explaining the pros with the vehicle.

Told them I whould be up on Sunday got there at 1130 open at 12 car was sold drove 1 hr will not buy there nor my family a phone call whould of been nice
