New Volkswagen Arteon for Sale in New York

A bit difficult to get the information I wanted. They kept trying to push for me to come in person. I did not want to drive all the way if it was not what I was looking for or the deal was not going to work from the start. Then I got the silent treatment for a bit then I received an email the vehicle I was interested in was no longer available.

Overall, the experience was horrible. Spoke with the sales department. Talked price and delivery, as I live out of their area. Was waiting for return correspondence from dealer for price of delivery. Should've been viewed as a sale pending. Dealer sold vehicle without quoting me a delivery cost less than 24hrs. later. Would never expect that from a branded VW dealer. Wouldn't recommend this dealer to anyone.

Worst dealership experience I have EVER had. Please don’t waste your time here. Extremely unprofessional. They made me Zelle my deposit and the recipient came up as TONY. I have tried contacting them to get a refund and they have not responded. I will be contacting Volkswagen to see if they allow money sent to personal accounts.

Really great experience, no back door pricing, purchasing my 2016 s6 was an easy and pleasing experience.

Very bad experience, they contacted me three day after I contacted them, their attitudes were not great and I was told by Richard that they do not negotiate with online prices at all. The manager Sean never contacted me thereafter.

I received two text messages. First message thanked me for my interest in their company and mentioned that they would have a salesman being in touch soon. Message number two came a day or two later. It asked if I'd been contacted yet by a salesman. I replied not yet. That's the last time I heard from them.

Sent me to the wrong place to look at the car and tried to raise the price by 3k. Didn’t seem to want to sell the car

The worst experience I have ever encountered the car was listed for 23,989 and when inquiring on vehicle it took forever to receive details and the the price all of a sudden was 32,500 and it didn’t make any sense and then stopped answering the phone and started to ignore my calls in the process of me getting this car

Requested more information, never got back to me with that. Three days later got back to with car has been sold. Very disappointed.

Said he had vehicle when I called, vent straight over to find out he already had deposit taken. Tried to sell me different vehicle

They misrepresented the vehicle. I asked specifically if it was the trim level I was looking for. They insured me it was. Drove an hour to see the vehicle and it was a much lower trim level.

Made sure your questions were answered.

Car not priced as advertised. They would not quote me fees, when asked several times over text messages. Would not stand by offer price on car unless I financed through them. The price they advertise to draw you in is later reversed with onerous fees in the small print. Inflated car market price based upon their P&L and not true market value. Dishonest at every turn. Just a smarmy dealer to be avoided. "Buyer beware"!!!
