The first person I spoke with knew nothing about the program and had to talk to his manager. I requested the program price on 2 vehicles and had to make at least 2 follow-up calls before they responded. I was told the vehicles were already priced to sell and they would not give me any program discount on either. They preferred to send one vehicle to auction rather than sell it to me. That vehicle was 2 years older and had @11,000 more miles than the one I bought and was only @$3,000 less than that listed price (and I paid less than that). The point of these buying programs is to avoid the haggling back and forth and the traditional “let me ask my manager” scenario and that didn’t happen. I got the impression they didn’t have any vehicles that would qualify for a program discount. "
