I was ready to purchase the vehicle and requested to have it delivered to my home. I could not get the salesman I was working with to return my calls. I called numerous times but my calls and request fell on deaf ears. Finally after the salesman had sold the car that I was ready to purchase, about 3 weeks later the dealer had a different salesperson contract me. 3 weeks late and a vehicle short. Don't waste your time with this dealership.

Another Toyota dealership in the area that tries to take advantage of you on your trade in. Trade in is literally in perfect condition with super low miles and they only offer $2k under KBB trade in and $3k under NADA trade in. I just don't get it. Why is it so hard in 2020 to get a Toyota dealership to make a fair deal without trying to take advantage of their customers? Really disappointed.

I was emailed information on a couple vehicles by Jennifer Hall. I was very pleased with their form of contact via email. Constant bombardment of phone calls from some dealers is so annoying to me. I immediately omit them from my search. Jimmy jones is welcome to send me emails of my interest in a specific vehicle. I would deal with this dealer if they have the vehicle I'm looking for.

Poor ethics. It was a bait and switch tactic. They listed the car for $27,500 online Within 20 minutes of arriving there tried to raise the price to $31,000+. Gave the excuse that the online price is the baseline price but not likely what they can sell it for. Don’t waste your time with these people unless you’re truly desperate. That’s what they’re banking on (that was a pun).

Dawn did a very nice job. Even though I spent 3 days trying to get them to lower the price, they never budged. I ultimately traveled 3 hours to purchased the vehicle for more than I wanted to spend but I’m happy I did. It truly is everything I wanted and more. They are very professional.

Dealer was prompt on answering my questions but wasn't willing to come down to the price I was willing to pay in cash. No complaints with how they handled the situation.

Salesman did not know even know which model was which and when we got in to test drive, it was the wrong key. After 30 min of trying to be sold a financing deal, still couldn’t test drive. He went back to get the right key, came back, and it still wasn’t the right one. Awful awful dealer. Unprepared, unprofessional, & uncaring.

Chris Lindsey worked so hard to help me. Though we didn’t get a vehicle because of my negative equity I left with a plan on how to fix this and come back in a few months.

Worst experience ever... car said 7999 online. Got in there the mileage was wrong. The oil had not been changed. And to top it off. My first paper said 8558 market value. Even tho it was 7999. Then when finance came out. The market price was 9999 let’s take note u was paying half down. So how did it continue to go up !! Needless to say I did not buy and will never deal with them or Leeann again
