New Toyota Corolla for Sale in Georgia

I asked a specific question which they never answered. They just wanted me to come in.

Drove one hour to dealership. Said I was approved on the phone. When I got there, said I needed a co signer. Thats something I needed to know BEFORE I drove an hour to get there. SMH

Good experience at the the dealer. The Optima is a great economical car to take to work, school, etc. The dealer was pleased to have me working with this beautiful car!

Purchased car. Excellent shape. Professional employees. Only negative was they only had one key and didn't think to program one for me.

VERY, VERY poor ethics from this company. They showed 2 vehicles for a week on their website for a low price, but if you inquired on those vehicles you were told "those 2 aren't available, but we'd be happy to sell you these other cars". It was clear the original 2 vehicles were either never there, or were sold long ago, but were left there to entice customers and then do a "bait and switch". Responses and tone were very rude. I would not consider buying from this dealership.

I was in and out within two hours! Only downside was that it was really busy. Jamal was not truly attentive to me. But the other salesman that helped me was awesome!

A horrible experience. I set up an appointment to see and test drive the car. When I got there even a little sooner than planned I was told the car was sent to auction. I drove 45 minutes to see this car and a phone call was all I would expect. I was not happy at all with there way of doing business.

Drove an hour and a half to just look at the truck. We ended up buying it and everyone was super nice and I feel like we walked away with a super great deal!

I went to look at three used RAV4's listed and none of them was there. Salesman tried to talk me into a new car with fewer amenities. It felt like a bait and switch.

I don't know yet I haven't been to the dealership. But I do really like my contact person. I'll let you know whenever I get there to see the truck.

bad they sold me that truck on 11/09/19for 17500.00 and come to find out the truck is rust to the point of if you pull the pieces just fall out when back and told then and they answer was is your truck we can do nothing is that a prestige dealership no way they just want to make a sale and take your money

Prompt response from a sales coordinator. Then it took several days for a sales person to contact me. I have not bought yet but I would continue to consider vehicles from this dealership

Sales rep said there is a Flat vehicle restoration charge of $1450 which includes wash and vacuum, and tires and brakes as needed. And I can not buy their used car without paying this charge on top of their advertised price. In a condescending manner, his manager came and told me that I was there only because they advertised lowest price on the internet. Da..!

Everyone is very nice. And the sales manager can smile while conducting unethical business practices such as a Total bait n switch. Advertised price doesnt include a cleaning fee of $1689.98 and marketing fee of $1878.76 So im not talking about doc fee of $599 and other junk fees. These people are crooks

Apparent "Bait and Switch" They confirmed the car was there with e-mail and phone call, I arrived on lot about 2 hours later to be informed the car was sold the day before. I received e-mails and voice messages for 3 days telling me the car was available.

The dealership has contacted me and tried to assist with my vehicle purchase but I decided to go with a different vehicle.

The lady was very nice and straight up on the phone. Told me that if I wanted the car I would need to hurry because a lot of people are interested, and a day later the car got sold.

The staff was nice, patient and answered all of my questions. I knew the type of car that I wanted and did my research on the car before I went to the dealer (i.e. market price, car fax, taxes, fees, finance). I would recommend a buyer do their research before purchasing a car. Ask about the price and all applicable fees upfront. Don’t be afraid to challenge the cost presented to you.
