New Toyota Camry Hybrid for Sale in Houston, TX

Worst experience of any dealership I've ever dealt with. They were dishonest. I tried to test drive a vehicle that I went there to see, when I got there I found out it was not in drivable condition. They told me to come back out on Friday, I showed up on Saturday after they told me it was ready and when I got there it still was not in drivable condition. They did not care that I had driven an hour one way. I would never recommend this dealership to anybody.

Response on time, they make sure you have a best deal be leaving their car lot.

Worse dealer I ever dealt with, dealer options vehicle theft system and lost key fee tried to force me to buy, I told them no then they drop the price of the vehicle to keep it on the invoice then I ck with my credit union to get better rate they would not match the rate buyer beware The Gm was out of town he tried to make it right when he came back it was too late.

They tried to change the price to a higher price than they had on here and add a few extra finances in there.Honestly the price on here was $24k, they changed it to $27K on the phone and yet their website then said $26k. I had the screenshot of the $24k from the beginning and it held them accountable!!

Not very cooperative. Made an offer and they ridiculed and made a joke out of it. Not serious in doing business. I will suggest that take your business elsewhere.

I had already heard from another dealer before receiving any word, and bought elsewhere. When I did receive a response, there was no mention of the car i inquired about.

Dealer responded quickly to our inquiry on a Thursday night and we picked up the car Friday morning. Dealer was nice enough but not over friendly, which was fine because we knew he wasn’t trying to kiss up. Very quick and easy process.

Easy, fast and very good! Got in at 5:15 pm got out at 8:10 pm with the truck I wanted. No sales pressure just straight to the point
