It was by far the best experience I have had buying a car. I got exactly what i wanted at the price I was expecting. Jasmine and Diego were awesome to work with. I did't feel hassled and they spoke to me like I was a friend, not a customer. I was in and out of there in 2 hours! :)

Was planning to go about a week ago and told salesman we were also looking at another car at another dealership. The sale would depend on what kind of price they could give us. Was told the price was firm. We ended up buying somewhere else. In less than a week the car has been reduced over $1,300. They could have had a sale had they been willing to work with us on the price.

I was pleasantly surprised by this dealership!!!! I was treated very fairly and wasn't pressured into buying my vehicle. I bought a 2015 Toyota Corolla S. Al was my dealer. I strongly recommend buying through him. He personally made sure the vehicle was on the lot before I arrived and also sent pictures of the vehicle and keys to reassure me. Also he threw in new tires for my vehicle when I commented that the treadmill was worn. I recommend using Phillip to work your financing! He worked very closely with me to find an interest rate and payment that I was comfortable with, all while discounting some optional finance features. Overall I enjoyed this buying experience and recommend not only this dealership but even more thesecond 2 gentlemen for your next purchase!!!! 2 thumbs up

This dealership is the best! Its smaller than most dealerships which made it very personable.The finance area was NOT two buildings down, it was just down the hall. The manager was great but the sales person, Nabeel, was extremely helpful! I was in and out of there pretty quick and they bent over backwards to make sure i was happy. I bought the yellow Hyundai Veloster and i love it! They will be my dealership from now on!. I tell all my friends about them.Thank you Fort Bend Kia!..

I have bought a lot of cars over the years and this was hands down the worst car dealership I have ever been to. The car I drove 2 hrs to look at and verified was there before I left wasn't as described. (Not automatic) the price they gave me in writing they wouldn't honor. The first salesman said they would but another guy said no. FYI: the mandatory package for paint protectant and wheel locks is $4000. They put it on every car. Seriously. They promise a $25 gift card for coming and test driving. I turned in the "coupon" and shockingly they never sent gift card. Not even after I emailed about it. The manager was condescending and rude when I voiced my dissatisfaction over their deceptive business practices. Ended up getting a car from Tejas Toyota and had a great experience.
