I’m a potential out of state buyer and have purchased my last three vehicles from dealers in Florida. Sales rep did more talking than asking questions. Quote was 6k + more than list because of fees and non value add markup. I prefer to deal with dealer who is transparent from the beginning. Didn’t purchase.

I tried contacting Bomnin Chevrolet West Kendall twice via CarGurus with no answer. I then called the dealership & talked to a salesperson who did not even ask my name or give me his name as a matter of fact. He most definitely told me I could figure out my own monthly notes. The gentleman could definitely care less if I purchased a vehicle from the dealership. I wish I could attach pictures to validate my review.

Straight forward pricing "no market adjustment" beyond list price. However, like all Florida dealers, they have dealer fees, which I am not fond of.

Dealer was quick to initiate contact., but did not answer specific questions.. The reason, they have no such vehicle in stock despite showing several on their own website. Classic bait and switch tactic. Go somewhere else.

Terrible, I kept getting the run around regarding the truck and its price. My phone would have over 12 missed calls and when I answered, they told me the all the 5 trucks I inquired about all have been sold and tried selling me a munch more expensive truck.

I don’t know why they have any advertisements up basically when I called they said they only had one Corvette in stock

the price listed on your site does not include market adjustment by the dealer which I had to obtain through a phone call after not receiving an answer in email communication regarding possible market adjustment. The market adjustment they were seeking was almost additional 30,000.00

It was a bait and switch. I called Saturday night to make sure they had the vehicle and they said yes. Came in Monday at 9am and was told oh I am sorry we sold that one but we have this one at a different price.

My experience was perfect. I spoke with Mr. George regarding the vehicle I was interested in prior to arrival. When I arrived he had the vehicle ready and talked to me in detail about its features, pricing and different offers. I was able to test drive. The customer service was exceptional. I was very satisfied. I love my new vehicle!

Excellent bought a car from them yesterday! Worked diligently with me and my grown son over a 2 week period. There was NO game playing with their pricing which is not what I found in my 9 month search to buy a new car. Bought a 2020 Buick Encore GX Essence fully loaded. Did contactless delivery and everything worked just as it was suppose to work!

The dealer sent me a price offer. I agreed and filled out the credit app. The dealer then told me the car had been sold 5 days prior. Which was not true. The car was re listed at a much higher price.

Awful.. i was sent mass emails and when I emailed back, no response from the staff. I do not recommend.

I had great service all up until I came back to finish the deal. I worked with someone else who was extremely rude to my wife and wouldn’t let us test drive it and even had a attitude with letting us see the car. I was approved already and we turned away because of the horrible customer survive with one individual.

Dealer definitely responded several times. Each time was pleasant. I did not buy from them as I decided to go with a Frontier instead.

The salesman was good at explaining the trucks features but did not offer me any other trucks so I didn't end up buying a truck from them.

The car is new 2021 and already has 200plus miles. Yes this is true. Not worth the price. The salesman Jose did not know the answer to any of my questions about the car. Did not want to negotiate with me at all knowing how many miles the car currently has. When I was leaving he laughed and said “you will be back” in my opinion not professional at all. Also if you don’t have a costco membership you don't “qualify” for discounts.

Horrible experience Had financing secured with westlake but was told that was a sub prime lender and then they shot gunned my credit to over 4 lenders looking for financing and then tried to sell me a warranty telling me I would be stupid not to buy it. I would have been stupid to purchase anything from that dealership.

Pricing listed on CarGurus is 5000 less than what they actually priced the vehicle. Also buyer beware, the dealer add ons are $2895!
