Terrible service! I called to 2 different sales people on 2 different days, both said they would get back to me and neither of them reached back out to me. I took my business elsewhere and am happy I did.

While I didn't end up purchasing a vehicle through this dealer, I did test drive one, and the experience was very positive. There were no high pressure sales tactics whatsoever, and the sales reps were informative.

Both Seat backs of second row had been crawled up by a dog.

Agreed to purchase. Took off day of work. Drive 90 minutes. Test drove, loved it. Went through entire process only to find out that the price we agreed on was accidentally quoted only if I pay additional $3000. Dealer would not honor their mistake and I was left leaving empty handed after wasting the better part of a day

Quick and excellant service

Sale man was very nice and friendly, not the sale manager. He jack up $1000 in front of my face . I drove almost an hour to find out the manager has just up the price . I don’t know what kind of Business he run. Maybe be a lot of the people are looking at the truck on the same day . He is greedy for his pocket!

Two stars given, because the salesperson we spoke with was very helpful. However, this car is STILL listed incorrectly as a trim level higher than what it actually is, meaning that some of the features listed are also incorrect. At the higher trim level, the price would be a great deal -- and that's why I think they listed it this way so that CG would show a great deal -- but for the lower trim, it's not. Poor advertising practice by this dealer and no one appreciates a bait and switch.

Dealer contacted me immediately and provided a video walk-around of the vehicle I was interested in. Communication was outstanding. I did not visit this dealership and did not purchase a vehicle from them.

They wasted our time, we agreed to a price with the managers consent and signature after we test drove the car, I was ready to write the check and the manager came back and told us he could not sell us the car to us. His sales agent made a mistake in the VIN # he agreed without veryfing his information. After they talked a good game and got our hopes up he went back on the agreement. I will not recommend this dealer at all, they are not serious and trustworthy.

Internet price said one thing, initial offer in the dealer was excessively higher. Apparently the industry norm is too include every rebate available, and not necessarily only what you qualify for in the internet price to get you in the door.

The sales person Mr. Kane did his best to close the deal but it was a $5,000.00 maintenance feeThat wasn’t included in the sticker price that stopped the deal it was a service I did not want

This was the worst car dealership experience I have ever been involved in. The list price on CarGurus was $23,888 and when they sent me their quote it was $6,000 higher and it took them 6 days to get me the quote.I contacted both their sales representative and their sales manager Brian and was told that they sometimes adjust prices. If that's the case they need to adjust it on CarGurus because it looks like the classic bait and switch.

Horrible service. Made $500 deposit, explained I was busy and would pick up next day. Sent 2 guys to pick up. An hour into the drive I text them to get some info for insurance company only for them to tell me they sold it. Who does business like this?

Terrible sales person, Spent more time trading insults than trying to sell a car. Their fees were unacceptable. He criticized because i did not read the fine print in their web page and was not experienced in buying on line. Sad sad, this was supposed to be the top Chevrolet salesman in the nation.

Every conversation I had with the staff at this dealership was incredibly poor. The words ‘customer satisfaction’ have clearly never been uttered by a single person there. When working with the sales team I referenced other listings for the same vehicle at a lower price and was told “ok go buy one of those then.” I look forward to never doing business with these people.
