Went out to test drive their car. Oscar was very nice and very helpful. Atmosphere in this dealership was quite homey. Did not purchase as the car just was not for us. But would definitely recommend this dealership.

On 11/8/2018 I contacted Wholesale, Inc. in Mt. Juliet, TN about a 2018 GMC 2500HD Denali listed for sale for $63,288 and asked for a cash price reduction, but got a response from a sales person that they have very little mark up so there's no reduction in their pricing. We went back and forth several times, with no reduction, not one cent. With my last e-mail I sent the following message. Your inability to have any room for price variation does not bode well for your dealership. Many dealerships overprice their units a little to over allow for a trade in, so when a cash buyer comes around and is serious, they have some room. I will move on to purchase another else where. There are many of these trucks around, depending upon color and miles. You may expect to receive a poor review from me on your website...like many others.

I received a canned response that stated that at any moment the car was going to be sold at a dealer's auction, so I needed to make purchase arrangements. Now over a week later, its still listed at Mt. Juliet at the same price. So a little deceiving, and unfortunately I live in Wisconsin and can't get down to Tennessee at a moments notice.

We drove down to Nashville after inquiring about the car's availability previously with a Sales Consultant. The car was not there when we arrived. I was assured by a Sales Manager that the car would be driven to my house when it arrived so as to view it. A full week later I had not heard anything, so I inquired about its status. I was treated with indifference, which seems par for the course with this Wholesale outfit. Large volume dealer and they truly do not care about you1

On the positive side they do take note of the customers interest and will look for a particular model and communicate their results. On the negative side they are not a wholesale business. They are simply another used car outfit out to make a quick buck by almost any means possible. Vehicles,which they locate frequently cannot be bought by any means other than a personal appearance in some woebegone place at an unknown location with a bunch of cash in hand. Not a good scenario. Not doable,for,most individuals. Some business owners may be OK but I am not.

My experience was great they worked a great deal for me on my new car . Gave us a good deal on our old car every one was nice and our salesman seemed to know what he was doing which is unusual for me....the place was very clean and had a fridge full of drinks with a very nice waiting area ....I give them a 5 star rating...

Made an appointment to meet with the salesman who contacted me. Arrived in time for our appointment, he was finishing up with another couple, so we waited about 30 minutes. He skipped over us completely and took a guy that had just walked in the door! Needless to say, we left. He contacted us a few days later to let us know that the vehicle we went to look at had sold. Overall a very frustrating experience!

No reply. Called and got no call back. Interesting showroom if you love hype and circus. Most vehicles are not even in stock. They just do an auction search and tell you what the full retail is. They are not doing any of their clients any favors. Hype, hype and hype.

Could not find vehicle advertised. Called back later and said he thought company owner had driven vehicle home and he would keep checking. Called back next day and said company owner had bought vehicle for niece or nephew but he would try to find me another similar vehicle.

I contacted them on the 18th which was a Monday. They got back to me on the same day and said the truck was going to auction on Wednesday. I live about 4 hrs from Nashville and can't just run down there anytime I want. This truck had everything I wanted in a truck but I didn't have to really get into it. So if you see something there you like you had better grab it fast because they don't stay long. They auction them off to other dealers. He told me , about 700 at a time.

This was the best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. The salesman was very upfront and honest and never tried to do anything sneaky and he was never pushy. He made the whole experience something that was easy and I never felt cheated. As long as I live near the area I will continue to shop for future cars at this dealer because they are great at what they do and are fair about it. I really enjoyed buying a car and that is far from the norm. They are great people and they will work with you too!

I tried to get more than the five pictures that were posted of this vehicle, and waited a week. I resubmitted for information and waited a couple more days then received 3 or 4 replies, stating the vehicle was sold last night. They were all helpful but just a little slow. I probably should have called instead of waiting!

Old style dealership. You negotiate with the salesperson, he/she goes off and negotiates with the sales manager, repeat. What a hassle. Huge selection of cars though. Some good deals. I bought from them. Very helpful salesperson. Even helped me take the rental back. Good experience over all.

My initial experience was great. Quick response to my inquiry, I had a pleasant online chat with a rep. Then the following day someone else contacted me. Unfortunately it's been a few days now and hadn't heard anything. Being that I don't live close to them, I wanted them to send me pictures of the truck. They weren't posted online. I sent a email yesterday asking for pictures again, no reply. I don't understand with smart phones today why it's taking this long to post pictures. I'll give an update later if something changes, but right now it doesn't look too promising. I'm going to continue on with my search.

The experience buying a car wasn’t bad.. UNTIL.. I found out that without my consent or even mentioning it THEY RAN MY CREDIT 9.. YES NINE TIMES.. what a joke. So my credit has dropped 50+ points overnight only so they could make multiple attempts to make profit from a high interest rate. Once they realized I wasn’t paying 10%-12% interest, they finally got me the loan they knew I would qualify for.. WILL NOT EVER BE BACK. No excuse to shotgun for credit without asking the customer. If you’re considering buying from here, HIGHLY CONSIDER going elsewhere.

They never update you unless you call them by yourself. They don't take you seriously if only doing inquiries by the phone, i live like an hour from them so i don't want to go there unless my credit app get approved, but the thing is they aren't really willing to help thru phone or email

We took a trip to Wholesale on Saturday from Clarksville and this being the third dealership I visited that week. Although I originally was set to see Scott, it was pretty busy and Jamie took care of us right away. I know most people would not think this is a big deal but it stood out to me that this business was more about helping customers right away then being "claimed" by one salesman. Later on toward the end, Scott ended up introducing himself and apologizing that he could not help me and him and Jamie both ended up helping me get set up with the Grand Cherokee Limited I purchased that day. Upon coming to this dealership, I had 3 Jeep Grand Cherokees in mind and one was sold a few hours before I got there so it was between two of them although they had TONS of Jeeps in stock. They truly did try and negotiate the price of this Altitude to my price range but it was not going to happen with my trade-in that had a negative equity. The Grand Cherokee I ended up purchasing was a year older and fully loaded, and we discussed the price and definitely got an amazing deal on it. Even though I was getting ready to give up on the day after the Altitude was not an option for me, Jamie was very positive and made it his goal to get me out of there that night with the car I wanted and was extremely helpful! We drove back to the lot where they had so many cars and reevaluated my options that was more in my price range. Paper work was also smooth and the employees there all worked to give the best customer service asking if we needed anything to drink or eat. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had!

I saw the car on CarGurus and sent a request for contact. I received both an email and a call. I discussed the car, but while it was a SL Benz, it was the 400, not the 550. It was clear in their ad what it was and they are a lower cost. They offered me a test drive, but between the engine size and color, I passed. Someone will be getting a nice ride.

Not impressed at all. They should continue to deal with dealerships and not the general public. Brandon acted as if we were wasting his time. He was unable to tell us if a particular vehicle was on site. We knew another one we were interested in was in transit but he did not suggest any other vehicles. He states " we won't come down on price until we find out what this car is going for" as well as continuing to tell me they " move" 3k vehicles a month. I took that as a blow off. Needless to say we went and bought a new Corvette Stingray convertible that afternoon at a wonderful dealership. If you are not a dealer don't waste your time.

This vehicle is overpriced by $9000 for the average on this vehicle of $28,310 (KBB). The dealer told me that it was due to the lift kit ($700) and rims/tires ($1800). The add ons like the lights and grill were done prior to them having it so there isn't any turn around for them. The bed was also damaged with no Bedliner installed. They were not willing to negotiate at all. Their only concern is to get you to their lot. I was trying to talk about the truck and the dealer just kept trying to lock down and appt time even though I was 9 hours away. So after I thought that I was finished with them, another member called me about the same vehicle. I thought they were willing to work out a price but apparently they have multiple offices that don't communicate with each other. Overall very poor experience.

Drove 7.5 hrs to look at this Durango this vehicle was not what they said it was all the heated seats didn't work rear power lift broken missing interior trim and dented badly above both doors very disappointed that I drove there seems like they just wanted to move this truck and didn't apologize I think its not well represented correctly but that's my opinion.

Neither gentleman did, even after I contacted about it each of them 2 more times. made contact through email then called me sent me photos of car quickly, Made an offer on the vehicle response was it was to low and dont want to bring it to his manager, found out what they paid for the car made another offer of $2000 more and never heard back, tried three time to contact them through email, the auction is maybe 1000 feet from there location. Dealer is looking to make $6000 to $7000 off of customers.

Dealer was very consistent in responding to my requests and inquiries. Provided quick information and details. Was always accessible. Ended up purchasing a different vehicle from a different dealer in our home state ... but would definitely look up Scott at Wholesale, Inc. if and when we are in the market again in the future.

Dealer was enthusiastic and helpful. Unfortunately the car was not available the day we wanted to drive it. They had lent it to a civic organization for a parade. I respect their community involvement. We found a better equipped car with lower miles at another dealer.

Spoke with a salesman, Matt, for two days about the vehicle I was interested in. He knew I was two hours away from their location. He did not advise me that the vehicle was not in drivable condition when I called to let him know I was on my way to test drive for purchasing. I left Chattanooga, arrived two hours later to be met by another salesman that said the vehicle had a flat tire and a dead battery and could not be driven. My mind was blown! Drove back home in shock. Ended up buying a beautiful 2012, $37,000 vehicle two days later from a dealership that had their act together. Good luck guys.

Friendly salesman. Manager in mt juliet very rude pre approved for loan with them. Suppose to test drive and buy the following day. After askin g about inapection reports received a phone 2 hrs before car pickup time saying something is wrong with car. Engine had been pulled out at some point loose bolts bad sensors and valves. No other offer or explanation. We were already an hour into our 2 hr drive. Very disappointed and unsatisfied.

Didn't get the exact charger since it was sold but I still got a charger and I love it! Great friendly service and fast there was no hassle and no games definitely recommend!!!!

Wholesale certainly has great vehicles at competitive prices. Their financing and negotiating strategies are horrible, however. We were there for 3 hours trying to get to a bottom line as our salesmen went back and forth to the manager regarding a price. We were frustrated at the "game" of trying to come to a negotiation and were not impressed with the high interest rates presented to us in the final deal. Just come out and state what the price is, be transparent with the financing rates, and don't take 2 hours to do so.

Everyone was great at this dealership. I got an immediate call after my email and the salesman was professional and down to earth. When I arrived, everyone was really nice and the truck was exactly what they told me on the phone; a couple scratches but way cheaper than the others I had looked at online. I appreciate not having to argue and play games over price here. That being said, don't expect a discount. You pay what they list it at plus tax and doc fee or they just send it to a dealer auction. I will definite to return here and refer my friends. A+

Drove an hour and a half to see a truck listed online. It was in horrible shape and worth a fraction of the "wholesale" price.That said they have a huge inventory and the salesman was able to find me another truck that was fairly priced. Overall easy to work with.

I feel like this company is deceptive. They purposely leave off the colors of their vehicles. If they don't have them in stock, don't advertise them!

Were friendly enough on the phone but very firm on price, no negotiation, didn't know what they had in stock immediately. Told would call back, but never did. Wasn't impressed.

Vehicle was listed as being avaialble for 38 days. A 3 hour drive one way to the dealer only to hear that the vehicle had not arrived in Mt. Juliet yet but it could any day.

I spoke with Matt on the phone to ask for more details on a car they had just listed. He assured me he'd call me back within 15 minutes. After several hours passed and he had not called, I called him. He said he couldn't find the car on the lot and that he then forgot to call and tell me. Poor customer service because they (a) advertised a car they didn't have in stock and (b) didn't return my phone call.

We are pleased that we got a very favorable deal from Wholesale Inc. of Mt. Juliet as they sold us the Lexus advertised for even less than the advertised price. Our salesman, Harold York, was very knowledgeable and not at all pushy which would be one very strong reason for our purchase of a car there! I would have given them five stars but they neglected to tell us that they only had one electronic key for the push button start so we went to the Murfreesboro Toyota dealership to get another and the long and short is that it will be nearly $500.00 to get another key made. This really soured me on our local Murfreesboro Toyota which I will never go to EVER again and also made our bargain price at Wholesale Inc. not such a bargain. I feel they should have mentioned that they only had one key before we signed on the dotted line and gave them our check!
