I had called to see if they still had the vehicle I had found online and the seller told me he would check and call me back. I never received a call back from him so the next day I was desperate and on my way to another car lot, Toyota of Kingsport was on my way so I stopped in and someone else met with me. I showed him the online picture and he went straight and got it. The seller I had spoke the day before then came out and went through the whole process of driving the vehicle. Long story short I ended up buying the vehicle but I feel that I could have saved a lot of time and miles if he would have been on top of his game and treated me searching for a used vehicle like someone that was buying a new vehicle from that lot.

My sales person picked me up at the airport. Paperwork was prepared prior to my arrival. This was truly a wonderful experience . Definitely would recommend to any prospective buyer.

We went two hours up the mountain to buy this truck. Money in hand. Unfortunately, the truck ended up being a V4. Dustin was great to work with. I would recommend Kingsport to anyone. These people are there to make you happy. He answered all my questions.

the dealer contacted me, i made an appointment to test drive the car. i got there thirty minutes early to find out they had sold the car an hour before my arrival, i had told them i had a two hour drive to get there previously. to top it all off they keep emailing me they have the car. i don't think so.i talked to the new owner on there lot, the car had a temporary tag already affixed. thanks for nothing and a four hour round trip.

Had conversation about vehicle at 4 p.m.with salesman. He told me to come and look at tomorrow morning. On my way the next morning, he calls and tells me the vehicle is sold. ....why waste my time!!!

Courteous sales people. They use the old style back and forth between sales person and manager, so it makes the process longer than it should be, which is the only reason I didn't give them 5 stars.

Horrible service. I live several hours away and was told they would start working on deal. However within the hour they had sold it to someone else. Would not recommend unless you can sit in the vehicle until papers are signed.

This ad is misleading. The price quoted here is including military and graduate discounts that a lot of people are not qualified for. Also, it took days for them to call me back, it was a busy weekend though. The other dealers I called did not do this. They need to change there advertising to be real and tell people about those discounts when they call.
