Was interested in a jeep, negotiated for a about a week and then heard nothing. When I contacted dealership again was told the frame of this vehicle was rusted and it wasn't safe to sale. Why did we go back and forth on price just the week before?

No. I had to call them again. Was told it was there, when I went (next day) it had been taken to an Auto Auction 400 miles away. I was told at that time it had been taken several days before, the person I spoke with on the internet chat was wrong. I asked them to contact me if it didn't sell at auction. It didn't sell, they didn't contact - so I didn't buy!!

The hours stated online that they opened at 12 noon on Sunday. We started to call at 12:15pm. No answer waited like an hour and a half and finally someone picked up the phone. After writing my name down she called me by a different name all together. Then after driving 2 hours to see the truck, It was detailed poorly and already had rust on it. Never even test drove it. Drove 2 hours back home. :( I had left a message when calling and did not get a call back until a day or 2 later.

Didn't even have vehicle. Salesman not very competent, Internet sales person was nice and motivated, but sent car fax of truck they didn't have . Got emails of why I hadn't got back to them after had to find out from different salesman that truck was gone two days before I contacted them.

This dealership is one of the most unprofessional I have ever dealt with. i agreed on a price for a car and they let me take it home overnigh to check it out. Agreed to be back at dealership at 12 o'clock when they opened. Sales manager was 30 minutes late opening doors and our salesman was another 45 minutes late. Signed paperwork with agreed on price with salesman. This was a cash transaction with no financing. Went to finance manager to finalize and asked for another 1200 dollars after papers had been signed. They used the excuse that they had miscommunicated to us. Admitted it was their mistake. I agreed to pay another 500 dollars if they would take care of the mistake. They would not. I wasted over 6 hours of my time and tried to get a call back from general manager for 2 days. Stay away from Toyota of Bristol.

I bought a 2010 Ford Explorer from Toyota of Bristol and was very happy. They were fair in their dealings but watch the add-on's at closing.

Dealer contacted me and was very nice. When we went there to see it, they were very friendly. One problem. The truck pictured must have had some photo shop done to it. The truck was in much poorer condition that I expected. Oh well, we continue our search elsewhere.

Been there several times and they know what I'm looking for, but there seems to be a lack of concern to stay in contact or to assure me that they are looking. I looked at a 2013 black, which I found out was wrecked, but it was not on CarFax. When my mechanic looked it over, he said you cannot buy this because you have no clue how much damage it has had. Toyota Bristol assured me that they had no clue and I hope they were telling the truth. They are very nice, helpful, kind, but slow to run to make their customers happy. I do like this group cautiously.

When I clicked on the link, I was sent to a "prize won" site that wanted to collect a lot ofpersonal info (DOB, address, etc.) from me. I was highly suspicious and did not respond. The offer was too good to be true.
