Very nice people, really interested in helping with out being pushy. I asked for photos and they sent them like 20 min later. If I lived closer, I would visit them.

Personable and professional. Staff spent time explaining the vehicle features and I did not feel rushed. However, the wait time for securing financing was exceptional long given the fact that I had my banks pre-approval for a loan.

A rep from the dealership contacted me regarding my interest in one of their Lexus vehicles. I live 75 miles away from the dealership and in lieu of a long drive to Pa., he gave me a great overview of the vehicle, its history and the work done by the dealership to make it ready for sale. Although we couldn't get to an agreeable sales price, the rep was honest and upfront about the vehicle and I wouldn't hesitate to deal with them should another vehicle become available.

The car is getting put through the shop before they will have anyone look at it. This is nice because I would rather it be tested to make sure that it is sound before I drive the distance for a test drive. Price is excellent. Looking forward to the test drive once the car is out of the shop.

Made me feel as if couldn't afford Certain vehicles. Judge me be for asking My name. And was Asking several times about money. Didn't know the difference between fully loaded. & loaded. Did not tell me about any other vehicles because he thought I couldn't afford. Was a real Sad experience. Judge a book by its Cover!

Unfortunately, an unpleasant experience. I received an email from a salesperson after corresponding back and forth about three times as follows: "I am sorry, you will not receive another email from me (last portion underlined...." I thought that be receiving this message, I had not responded to her quickly enough. I explained that I am very busy and am not in a hurry to purchase a used Toyota Camry. I contacted her sales manger to let him know that I was sorry for bothering them and that I would no longer contact them in my search for a used vehicle. The sales manager responded that the email was not worded properly and that they would like to have my business. Not sure what really happened, but I choose not to deal with the dealership in the future.

I had a very positive experience at Thompson Lexus. I was looking to replace a car that I had had for fifteen years, but it was recently totaled in an accident. The car dealers were very patient with me since I had to wait for the insurance money to come through. They held the car for me and actually released it prior to the check came through.

The sales manager Joe was very professional. He was straight to the point. He didn't play the dealer game. He offered me different scenarios to bring the price down. Unfortunately the deal didn't work out because of various reasons.
