I don’t live in the Miami area and wanted to speak on the phone about a car. I called and told them what car I wished to speak about, the guy barely spoke English, he told me he’d call me back in 10 minutes because he had to go look at the car. That was 3 days ago!! I am beyond irritated with them. I even emailed them, they told me they’d call but never did. Do not waste your time with this dealership! Awful awful customer service!!

Saleman Junior wasnt pleasant to deal with his attitude was take it or leave it .Truck was on there web site with 19374 Miles drove it and notice it have almost 25000 on it . he sais it was a human error which I inform him that error is costing me on my warranty and his comment was take it or leave attitude . If i didnt take a day out of work and drive almost three hours . I would of told him to stick it. Not Pleasant to deal with !!!!!!!

Vehicles Keys could not be located, Vehicle was dirty, Vehicle was full of water passenger side, they claim the window and sunroof was left open! BIG Dent left fender passenger side! Seat belt driver side not working properly. two plastic covers laying on the floor, no idea where they came from! The vehicle was in need of a good TLC in and out!!
