Excellent follow up from manager and sales.

Initial contact from the dealer was very good, with a phone call to follow up on my enquiry and multiple emails. This company let themselves down however in their failure to demonstrate how they value their customers time, as I phoned and booked to test drive and check out the vehicle for the following day. Upon arrival to the dealer I spoke to Annia, with whom I had spoken on the phone previously, and when she went to copy my license so that I could test drive the vehicle she reported that it had been purchased by one of their staff the night before. I was very disappointed at the lack of communication and that no one attempted to contact me prior to my visit to inform me that the car was no longer available - I imagine they hoped I'd decide to look at their other vehicles once I was there, but as someone working on a tight budget without the option of finance (Non-US resident on a working visa) all they achieved was wasting my time. I was also unimpressed by their lack of preparation (if you are expecting someone for an appointment you would surely check the vehicles status beforehand). Recieving follow up emails during the week further offering help for the specific vehicle (WHICH HAD ALREADY BEEN SOLD) further reduced my opinion as it repeatedly demonstrates their lack of preparation before contacting customers.

They were wonderful with initial contact, we drove four hours to see this car, only to get in it & see that the screen inside was completely cracked & broken. I mentioned this, & salesman said, "You could purchase the extended warranty..." wait, so this is my issue that the car your selling has a broken unuseable screen? I was shocked at their lack of care. He actually went inside, & came back outside & said, "Well, let's see if it's broken or not." Oh my goodness - we already determined it was broken five minutes ago! A waste of my time and drive to go out there with absolutely no idea about the broken screen before we drove out. No mention of it in the listing. The car was dirty on the outside, no appeal to it whatsoever. We purchased from somewhere else & drove home. On Monday this dealer text me and asked if I had any further questions about the car. No! You had your chance when I drove four hours out there earlier.

its tough to deal with but giovanni got me a price on the tt audi that was ok so i bought it

They tried to sell me a car with only the engine and the transmission working.. car listed for $1999 after dealer fees and other fees the price jumped from $1999 to $3300 ... not good
