The vehicles are not what I saw online!!! Terrible !!! The truck I looked at had a flat and dead battery!!

Fair to partly cloudy, they sounded like used car dealers. (oh good choice, 3 other people called about that van earlier this week) It is what it is. A used car from a used car lot.

Dealer got back to me the next day with a counter offer on the vehicle. They seem responsive, it just wasn't the right price for me. They seemed like they would work with you on getting a good price. Their cool!

Sorry! They never could answer any of my questions! They circumvented every question I had and they seriously failed to sell me what I wanted! I would definitely go elsewhere and not bother with this dealership! Waste of your money!

Poor to horrible! Frank, asked me to call ahead, which I did. First time the just hung up, second time I told them I would be in a hour. Got there, but the car was NOT there, off site. Frank was goiung to get someone to either take me there or bring the car over. Got a call, kept me waiting, said just another minute, so after 15 I left@!

Horrible! Communicated via email several times about the truck. Dealer said to come down to look at it so I took a 45 minute ride to see it. Upon arrival the truck was nowhere to be found. I was told sorry it needs a transmission . I said I came here to look at it and this happens ??? DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE

The guys there where nice and helpful. It seems as this dealer just cleans the vehicle up and that's it. The truck I bought needed a oil change, air filter, front ball joints and rotors, front brakes, You are buying AS IS so beware of what your buying.

Decent enough staff, large selection of vehicles, albeit none of them are gems. All vehicles are picked up at auction, most of them have some amount of minor cosmetic defects. The vehicle I went to see had Christmas tree full of lights on the dash - which they assured me would be 'cleared' by their in house mechanic before I took delivery. That alone was the red flag I needed to take a pass, but I would still recommend the dealer itself.

Sadly car was sold when I got there, but on the bright side we made a great deal on a 2001 dodge ram 1500. They were great, so polite and made sure I was happy with my purchase

They sucked I stood around the lot 20 minutes, No one around to help me buy the truck I was looking at, Everyone was to busy moving car around the lot if that is what you can call it!

Truck doors would not open from inside, he only waneed to take like 200 off price, black smoke was coming out of tail pipe he said it was from sitting, there was fluid leaking into trunk from rear windshield wiper.......I would not recommend. SAFETY HAZARD. .....

The worst ... I picked up the vehicle on 4/11/14 and 4/14/14 The transmission has to be replaced among a host of other things like drive liine component fault codes that were in the system.... Brake components worn so badly that it was metal on metal... They were no help in expediting the warranty transition .... Buyer beware!!!!! ....I wouldnt rate them a single star ...I would like to see their ablitlity to sell warranties be removed as they are taking advantage of every loop hole they can....

It was the worst because someone email me and tell me that the astro van was ready to test drive, I live in Edison I drove to Paterson to test drive the van and it wasent ready it have a oil leak the mechanic was working on the van really disapdisappointed. Not recommend.
