Jerry Sisley was a very helpful salesperson, and together with support from the rest of the staff my car buying experience was excellent and quick. When I arrived at the dealer I was able to walk around to view the cars without anyone accosting me. When I was ready to test drive, Jerry was right there to help. I chose a low- mileage, two year old Lexus, which was in great shape but missing a battery cover. Without asking Jerry volunteered that he would make sure that I received a new one and had it shipped directly to me within a few weeks. No hassles.

Drove over 4 hours to purchase car.called on the way there and called the night before to let them know what time I would be there. Car was never cleaned. Car had body damage and was told salesman personally walked around the car and it was perfect.. was rushed by the salesman. I would never recommend this dealership. The only good is the used car manager. he did a great job and should be recognized forhis efforts and that salesman fired.. this dealership should not have the presidents award.

used car manager, Mickey ortiz,, acted like a life coach, went out of his way to be accommodating to my needs,, made a point to stay open,, past their closing time so I could test drive the car! he made a point to match me up with the salesperson who owned the same Scion xB I was looking at purchasing! Thereby I could get honest personal experience from someone who owned the car I'm looking to purchase!,, Cedric the salesperson was the epitome of what one refers to as a Southern gentleman he was a perfect mix of friendly caring interested / very professional / kept me on track, / help get me the best deal / even calling the main manager to get more money off late at night!! / needless to say!,, I came in very interested but wasn't going to buy!/ but at the end of the night, the price, deal offered, and financing, were too good to pass up! And I bought the car that night right then and there! (it should be noted,! ) I happened to be an hour away on business! And had to drive 250 miles back home to Quakertown Pennsylvania then drove 250 miles back to the dealership to pick up the car on Saturday and drive 250 miles back home again! With my new xB and I consider it well worth the trip !!!

Worst experience ever. Totally inept and untrustworthy. Should not be doingninternet sales. Am considering legal action. Do NOT buy from them.

This is where we ended up purchasing a Prius III (never got to the Hyundai Sonata Hybrid) late Saturday afternoon, 6-23. We ended up buying a "Sandy Beach" colored '10 Prius III with about 39K miles, that was going in the $19Ks and was identified by CarGurus. Dealership stayed open later than usual on a Saturday afternoon waiting for us--we called a few times while stuck in traffic on the way down there. Also, strong (but appropriate) email contact in the days prior to our visit from various sales mgrs. We knew who to talk to when we arrived. Purchase decision was eased by viewing a few cars together, taking short test drive. A few "sales techniques" pitched our way--where we have to follow- up and ask questions a salesman would rather glide over--but nothing outrageous ("life in the big city"). Wife became enthusiastic about the particular Prius III after we looked at two other, similar cars. Was slightly disappointed in my own negotiating prowess (one always needs to be willing to walk away, but we'd invested so much time already, so leverage to lower price was limited--achieved some further reduction of a few hundred dollars by increased trade-in value on Mazda). But, overall, happy with the deal. The support and follow-up, both from dealership and Toyota, seems to be very good so far. Went back down to Stafford the following weekend to get the car clear-coated and had a good time.

advertised van as extended, could never actually say yes or no to phone call and email as to whether it actually was extended. It was NOT.

They never responded back to me after I summited my auto loan papers but it ok I got my car now I didn't need them. There a big waste of time and hope they don't do that to everyone if they do I don't see how they sell cars

responded, salesman below average, quoted that beside our trade we were putting a thousand down which we did not say. We had told him our trade was our down payment.He also was not knowledgable about car and did not explain anything about it other than getting the top up and down. Finance guy was great, gave us the options were our payments would be. Manager was a nice gave me the best trade in price on my old car. Point is I am now the proud owner of a Saturn Sky

Good prices, lots of sales folks to help you out. What out for the bait and switch. My bad luck or did the car I came look at really sell 10 Min before I arrived.
