I wouldnt rate this to high did respond back. The problem i had was that I had schedule an appointment to test drive and said im going to purchase this vechile to find out they sold it and only way I knew I look on list it wasnt there than call to find out they sold it night before my appointment did state they had another vechile similar to one I wanted but prices were different

I did not purchase a vehicle with this dealer only because I found a different brand vehicle let in my area. Having said that I would like to add that these sales men were very accommodating and responded to my Internet inquiry very quickly. They even texted me additional photos and emailed my the Carfax ando other history report on the vehicle they had that I was interested in. Withi n the next day or so I recieved a phone call letting me know that they were there to serve me and answer any questions I may have. I added used them that I ended up purchasing another vehicle from another location. The sales rep congratulated me on my purchase and for the opportunity to have had the chance to assist me with their vehicle. Great car dealership here.

Dealer did not want to negotiate for a lower price considering the factor of the year of the car and the miles accumulated on the vehicle. After further research, it is determined that the actual cost of the 2004 Toyota Prius with 274,000 miles and the normal trade in value by the dealer, which is normally, $500.00 that is what auto dealers usually put in as its trade in value, is only worth $1800.00 in market value. With that in mind, the asking price for this vehicle by this dealer is actually higher than it's real value.

5 Stars!! I bought this car... great experience with the sales staff... in fact best buying experience of a used car or any car for that matter... Roger Beasley Mazda and their crew made me feel right at home, not at all like 'just another customer'... even though I bought this car 'As Is', they still made sure it was in top notch shape, detailed and safe for the road before letting me have the keys, all thanks to my sales agent Al Martignago! Top notch! ... Thanks so much!

internet agent never responded, then was assigned a new salesman although I expressed my need for a seasoned salesperson because of my difficult situation. Last but not leased I expressed my concern for running my credit multiple times before filling out the app. The salesman assured me that it would only be run once..... it was run 18...yes EIGHTEEN TIMES!!!! This is completely unacceptable and I do not recommend dealing with them, I can already tell this would have been a painful process!!!
