Dealer was quick to respond. Salesman Stanley Boyd was a pleasure to work with. He answered all questions and concerns that I had by email and over the phone. I traveled over 100 miles to meet with Stanley at the dealership two days after initial contact. Test drive and purchase was completed within a couple of hours. Vehicle was in good condition as advertised.

I REALLY wanted this car so I extended my stay to meet with a random staff member. During our dialogue there was a miscalculation pointed out which the staff refused to correct. After the mistake and disrespect regarding veterans it was just to much not to mention disrespectful. I didn’t want to provide a commission to someone who doesn’t appreciate my famiy or other men/women who proudly serve in the military. No sale!

They did not have good knowledge of there inventory . They never called me to tell me the car was fixed. It had an issue when we test drove it. I told them what I was looking for . I told them to call me maybe we could work something out . Never got a call from anyone.

My experience was that of a typical shady car dealer. I did buy the car above, because I needed a car and the car itself was in great condition. First, I brought in my Prius C Three with 80,000. The car was clean and in good condition. I was offer $8,000 earlier in the day for a trade in. This dealer gave me under $5,000. The salesman told me they could only sell it for $7000. It is currently listed at $9,800. Next we agree for my payment to be a certain price for 60 months. When, I went to go back to financier my payments were the agreed price at 66 months. They also did something weird with the numbers and raised the price of the car to 18,500 and gave me $3000 more on my trade in. The finance lady explained that banks will not finance negative credit. The finance lady would not tell me my interest rate, finally after refusing to sign she told me 8 percent. I told her to go through Wells Fargo. She proceeded to say that Wells Fargo did not like to give used car loans. I told my current loan was through them. She did what I asked and my rate dropped to 5 percent. This was after telling me 8 percent was a good rate. She also added that she financed a car at 22 percent earlier in the day. Next, she got nasty when I refused to buy the extra coverage and gap insurance. She already had all the extras added into my payments. She even tried to sneak the gap insurance into my payment after I told her I did not want it. She commented that it was only an extra $100 a month. She warned me that the car could break down and would not be covered. I love my car and it is difficult to find a Prius V, so I am very happy with the car. I would not buy a car from them again.

I previously commented that the sales agent was not very professional & I decided I don't want to work with this dealer and I was asked to provide more details. I normally would not because my intent is not to get anyone in trouble. I called this dealer and reached Isaiah. I asked several questions about the car and about any dealer add on fees. He quoted me the "lowest price he could offer" for the car and said there is a $495 fee for preparing the documents. I thought this was a bit high and he said he would check with his management to see if it was negotiable. I didn't hear back by the next day and was trying to decide between this and another vehicle a little further away so I called again. They said Isaiah was not in and they were not sure if he would be in the rest of the week so I explained what I wanted and asked if there was anyone else I could speak with. I was given Michelle who started out fine. I explained what I wanted and she said she'd have to call me back. I assumed she was also going to check with her manager. She called later that day and was very rude. She said the documentation fee was not negotiable and quoted me a higher price for the car. I asked her why the price went up and she went into a tirade demanding that I tell her who gave Isaiah the authority to quote me the price (which was only $500 lower than the listing) and accused me of speaking to another sales agent as though that would be something horrible if I had - which I didn't. Then she demanded to know why I asked for her instead of Isaiah. I explained I couldn't possibly have asked for her as I didn't know anyone at the dealership and had only spoken to Isaiah and further that my call was directed to Isaiah and what the receptionist said. Her tone changed from irate to flat and said if I wanted to check the price I'd have to speak to a manager - No apology for the way she treated me or the false accusations. I decided that I don't want to work with a dealership that treats customers in this manner. As a customer, I have every right to ask for the best price and negotiate on my own behalf. There was nothing wrong with Isaiah but if there had been and I (for any reason) wanted to call another sales person - that is also my right to work with whom I as the buyer choose to work with.

The initial contact was quick and the sales person followed up the next day. I could not visit the dealership that weekend and asked for a follow up call if the particular car was available. I asked about a longer warranty and the 'bottom line.' I assume that the 2010 XLE wasn't available since I NEVER heard from this individual (one way or the other). I thought that I might receive a follow up call but didn't receive one. My wife and I purchased a 2011 Toyota Camry LE with similar mileage on Thanksgiving from an individual. It was a CASH purchase.

Really I shouldn't even give a 1. However, 1 man's actions may not be the same as the rest of the employees. Let's hope not anyway. This salesman took my keys, & would not return them. I asked for them for more than 2 & 1/2 hours. This was the worst of all the Dealerships I went to. I went to about 10 between Aiken, SC and Thomson, Georgia

Dealer responded to my initial contact. Told the salesman we were apart on the sales price. Emailed and texted him to ask more questions so I could see if I could raise my offer. Two emails and a text, no response. He was not interested, so neither am I.

A wonderful experience. My Salesperson was Warren. He replied to my online inquiry on a Sunday even though the dealership was closed. I set an appt and he was a true pleasure to work with. I felt no pressure to buy, which I appreciated. Financing was handled by Donna. She said she had been in the role of finance for 30 years and it was obvious that I was in capable hands. Bought late on Friday. The whole process took about an hour. I knew I wanted the car. I had an issue after purchase which was handled by Leslie and Lynn in the Service department, who had the car delivered to my office after the service. I met several of the Sales people. All very courteous. Sales managers not so much impressed. Luckily. I didn’t need them involved . I recommend asking for Warren. He’s a reare exception to the norm in the automobile industry. The dealership has earned my business on my next vehicle in a year or so.

I was contacted by a senior associate from the dealership. I explained where I was in terms of the price. We were about $4800 apart. He asked if I wanted to split the difference. He agreed to email or text me his best deal. After 3 days, I followed up with him. He had to research and call me back. After researching he said that the vehicle had been sold the day before he and I initially communicated. This I understood. However, after continuing my search I repeatedly came across this same deal. I emailed again and got a call from a different associate. He check the actual inventory and found that the vehicle was still available. A bit disappointed, I was still willing to negotiate a deal for the vehicle. The new salesman said that there was not much he could do with the price. He agreed to have the first gentleman call me back. This was a week ago. Still no call. I guess customer service is not a priority. They just lost a customer.

Awful, terrible, dishonest practices. Contacted the dealership via a web submission about the vehicle. Was promptly sent the car fax but not much additional information besides that the car was still available. I did not bother calling the dealership as I was in the area and thought my son and I would stop by. We were shopping for his first car and he had picked out what he liked it was just a matter of comparing vehicles. Got to the dealership and asked about the vehicle and a salesman went to find the keys. Came back and said that the vehicle was not available. He said something about some vehicles get put on the ad but depending on interest in the vehicle they may or may not decide to sell them on the lot. Being that I had just had communication with the "internet manger" I called her and was told yes they had the vehicle but it was probably taken to the super secret back lot until it was serviced. I was told to contact the used car manager and he would show me the vehicle. I spoke to this person and was told yes it was available. He went to get the keys and came back saying, this vehicle was 100% not available. A half hour later I got a call from the dealership asking me when I was going to come look at the car. Super shady!

The car I drove 70 miles to see was not as pretty as the internet made it look. Also, the manager was wanting to low ball for my car. I loved this dealership Lamar Johnson was my sales guy!! He was very responsive to my emails,and after setting up meetings with him which I never made any of them he was still polite and the best sales guy ever!Went to alot of other auto dealerships and got the run around got nasty attitudes from the others,but Lamar Johnson got me in and out in a brand new Jeep!I love them!!I would recommend them to anyone!

I arrive about 45 mins later for them to tell me it was already sold ... Then they tried to sale me what look like a truck need to go to a yard sale or junk yard..

Ok but a little unprepared for our purchase. Remember when you buy used you may not get the most knowledgable sales person for your type of car. Did honor our agreed upon price but we did have a mixup on the trade in price. Not sure what that was about. Just get everything in writing.

I contacted the Internet Sales guy and he told me that this car had leather seats, seat warmers, back up camera and a few other things. Set a time up to meet him and he wasn't available. Another lady took over his job and she was very pleasant. But when I looked at the car is was nothing like what he described. I suggest seeing the car in person before you think ab emailing/contacting. The car was beautiful. Just not what I was looking for.

I went to the dealership on two occasions. The first time, I stood literally in the door way for 30 minutes, and no one even spoke to me. I called the company, and was assured to come back for great customer service. I asked a gentleman for the manager as I had been instructed, and I again waited for 20 minutes, and the manager never came out to see me. I finally just gave up! I feel that Milton Ruben was just not interested in getting my service at all.

AOK, Timely response. Negotiated and arranged for the purchase, and pick up via email, text and telephone. The salesperson, Mike Lilly, picked me up at the Augusta airport, and the car was ready. Car was at least as described, if not better. Mike Lilly and the team at Milton Ruben did a nice job. I would purchase from them again.

Worst car buying experience I have ever had. Several factors: Got quoted a very good price for new vehicle, then told they had made a mistake and the price came out $7k higher. Then on trade, they quoted me $2k less than online trade-in solutions and $3,500 less than one nearby competitor, $4,000 less than another and $6,000 less than an out-of-town competitor. I told them up front that I was a serious buyer and understood car buying and selling very well and to please treat me with respect. Instead, they treated my like an ignoramus. Milton Ruben should be ashamed.

I didn't buy my Prius here because a local dealer matched the price, charged less overhead, and saved me a $300 delivery fee. I appreciated the up-front low price advertising and the initial quick response of the sales agent. The overhead fee wasn't initially mentioned in the ad which only included tax, tag, and title.

I truly hate the pressure sales bit and the "we sell volumes and I have other people interested in this vehicle" bit. Then if I'm going to pay you cash today, don't try to tell me it doesn't matter if the person is paying in cash or having it financed. Less paperwork and immediate money? Come on. Went and purchased a car elsewhere with less hassle.
