The saleman did contact us and offered us a car that was not at all what we said we were looking for. we then send him an emails specifically saying what we wanted. And have never heard back. Are these people not in sales? Why would you not keep in touch with someone looking for a 100K car? I don't get it.

During initial call with internet manager he starts to have a conversation with someone else in his office for serval exchanges so I hung up, He calls me back and leaves me a voicemail...says he sorry but he trying to run an office here.....not impressed ...very poor selling skills.....I think he forgot....i'm buying he's the one selling.... if I purchase a car from that dealer it will be from the GM of the dealership not this guy...

What should have been a five-star rating turned out to be a two-and-a-half star rating. Here, word-for-word, punctuated exactly as he sent it, is an e-mail I received from the sales manager after I had asked about the estimated costs for repairing scratches on the outside mirrors.. "Bill, thank you for your time, I don’t think this is the right car for you. I make really hard decision when a car come into my inventory as to what I allocate money for. I have chosen to make my cars SAFE not new. This is a 2008 car with 81K miles on it, the mirror is a cosmetic issue. I have agreed to your offer and I was under impression you were picking up the car tonight. At this point we are not participating in this transaction. Thank you. Curtis ──── Sales Manager" Now, he did apologize later, and I did buy the car as agreed. However, the tone of his e-mail left me with the impression that I was not dealing with a representative of an upscale automotive entity. Again, I must stress that he DID apologize. When my wife and I went in to finalize the transaction, we were treated exceptionally courteously by everyone, although the sales manager did not make an appearance.

I felt very comfortable dealing with them. No one very tried to force anything or pressure me into a deal. They responded to me very quick and made my hour and a half drive well worth it.
