The sales associate promptly wrote me. However it seemed to completely defeat the purpose of internet car shopping. The associate told me to come in to the dealership and they would answer all of my questions. Under these conditions what was the point in my using the internet to contact them? I could have just driven in to their dealership for that without resorting to using CarGurus or other similar internet shopping service.

I found a car there that I was interested in that said call for price. When I called for price nobody could tell me a price on it. Called and emailed them a few days later, multiple times ,still no price.

I would like to apologize for the issue on price. I'm not sure of the situation... When we take in new pre-owned vehicles there is a process.... It takes a few days for them to go through used car check in with our Service Department and to be priced. We strive to answer any questions a customer may have. In the future please ask for a manager and we will be happy to get answers to any questions you may have.

The salesperson I dealt with was very very nice. I'm only rating three stars because I couldn't get a price on a vehicle without coming in, which makes me very hesitant to deal with this dealership in the future.

I had a great experience at Jeff Wilson Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Brookhaven,MS. The staff stayed late because of my work schedule. Although I did not by the truck I originally called about, I bought another truck from their inventory. Very pleased with my overall experience
