SO, SO, SO SAD!!! I RARELY EVER GIVE REVIEWS BUT THIS TIME IS THE EXCEPTION. I first called this car dealer from out of town and let them know I'm interested in a vehicle they have for sale. The salesman was supposed to find out some info and get back to me BUT DIDN'T. I called again and the salesman said the sales manager was going to get back to me BUT DIDN'T. I called again the next day several times and NO ONE CALLED ME BACK. Finally the manager called me back and said they were motivated to sell the vehicle so he was going to get back with me BUT DIDN'T. I called again and no response. Finally, the salesman called me back on Monday to say basically they wouldn't sell but a few hundred $$ lower (the car was well over priced by thousands). I got in touch with salesman one more time to confirm their price and asked the salesman to at least let me know "YES" or "NO" BUT NO PHONE CALL. I must have called some 8 times or so. I'm not certain what's wrong with this dealer but I'm a serious customer with real cash in hand wanting to make a purchase. ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS COMMUNICATE. In other words DO WHAT YOU SAID YOU WERE GOING TO DO - SO, SO, SO SIMPLE!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER NOR WILL I EVER SPEND ANY $$$ HERE IN THE FUTURE.

Terrible!!! After contacting them about a car and told them it had frame damage, they denied it and hung up on me. Then complained to customer service, I was assured I would have a callback from salesman. Never called told by e mail that after days of research car was damaged and never heard back

The worst dealership I've ever been to, every car there is total junk i went through all of them or atleast 90% of them, they are all cars that other dealerships don't want that were bought from auctions, after they made me wait 45 minutes and introduced me to 5 different sales men I was like what's going on here, the car i test drove was a 27000$ gt500 , what a piece of junk, it had electrical issues and died in the middle of the street, the car salesman if you could even call him that, didn't have a phone. He was asking me to call for help. The cars battery was so dead that that hazards wouldn't even work, extremely dangerous, That was the most unprofessional place I've ever been to. Bunch of unprofessional people in green shirts that had no idea what was going on, none of the salesman that I delt with had a clue what was going on trying to hide the fact the car had issues for 45 minutes while I sat outside on the curb, they specifically didn't tell me what they were doing to try and hide the fact the car had issues, very sleezy. Mind you they had alll the time in the world to get the car prepped and ready since I drove 3 hours to come to see it, and they knew that. That's what hgreg is. Stay away, far away, don't waste your time.

Loud music at a dealer I mean inside the building only in Miami so tacky. Sales guys know nothing about cars they are there just to open cars for you. Only 1 key and they were not willing to provide a second there way of getting another $300 out of me. I was so far in to a 4 hour night that I just finished the deal. Got the car n deal I wanted but man o man what a nasty place

I would never go back to this dealer ever again. To begin I went to go look at an suv and when I got there the person I spoke to on the phone was not the sales rep and so I was then told someone else was going to help me. He drug me into the office and asked for a bunch of info. 30 minutes finally passed and he told me the car was at a Wearhouse so we took a 15 ride to a Wearhouse to find out it was not there. He showed me another car there but you can only test drive down a short road. Unreal. We then had to wait for a van to pick us up and wait till the van was full. When we got back to the lot he suddenly knew where the car was but it had no key. This lot is a joke. I waisted 2 to 3 hours. Don't bother.

Ok. nice people. A little unorganized at first an some uncertainty between salespeople. They had trouble locating keys. The Manager recognized things didn't get off to a good start. He stepped in and gave a us first class service. I will go back because of how he handled the problem.

The sales agent showed us a lot of cars in the garage area and answering every question I have asked, but never tried to upsell us rather just listening to what we needed and suggesting accordingly. Such an excellent customer care. I could not be happier with what I have received from them.

Salesman called same day in the evening around 730. I tried to reach him and dealer several times with different phone numbers listed and never got through for 2 days. Yesterday I received email from management asking if there was anything they could do. I called number on email and again no ne answered . I wrote back on email about my issues with dealership and again have heard nothing. I would be scared to death to spend 25000 dollars when I can't even reach them on sale of vehicle , I could only wonder if I needed service. Save your heard earned dollars for those that u can trust.

Great pricing and condition of the car. However car lacked the manual which they should provide and was also missing the front carpets. The financing part took a lot longer than expected due to the amount of people in the store apparently. Pedro was honest and Fernando went the extra mile to make sure the deal was done. So far I am satisfied with the car.

My husband called in first thing in the morning to buy a 50k jeep for me! Was told someone would call him right back! NEVER DID! So at 2pm, I called in 5 times... reception was rude! Transferred me to 5 different sales men who never answered & went to VM , 6th call in finally got someone then they hung up on me. I called back to talk to manager & his VM was FULL! So I called back in bypassing the receptionist at the sales line and pressed 3 to talk to finance department! Guy that answered was extremely nice, apologiezed & told me he'd have The out-of-state Customer Service call me back . We got a call the next day & the jeep was JUST SOLD THAT MORNING! Even if this dealership gets the jeep in I've been looking for again , I will not do business with them! Extremely unprofessional! Especially when your hours are 9am- 9pm!

Dirty cars, for the most part an uneducated staff. No professionalism, kept me waiting for like 40 minutes to tell me the car wasn't in stock. Didn't even offer to show me another one. Even after I gave him my name and number (since he didn't ask me) nobody ever called me to let me know the car was available. I had the cash ready to strike a deal and my money wasn't good for them.

I called and emailed 4X before I spoke with anyone. One person I finally spoke with did nothing that was asked of her. Another was more helpful but added 4K in unnecessary fees. I would never buy a car from this place. Lowest price on the internet but their fees make it the most expensive. The place is a SCAM. Avoid this place at all costs.

But I request pictures of the original vehicle inside and outside, and they never complied with my request. They called me and told me that they do not have the vehicle in their location. How they are offering a vehicle for sale when they do not have possession of that vehicle. I did not call them back because of that.

I was contacted immediately by Chris. I went up and Chris sent me to Hector. We made a deal on the 2008 Chrysler 300 C. "It'll be back on Wednesday (thats 5 days) from the body shop" they said. It needed a new grill. The little short manager came out, shook my hand and said "Do we have a deal?" I said yes. Wednesday came and went. That Friday I contacted Hector. He said it wasn't back yet, they were waiting on a part...a part for what? 2 weeks later, still no car. I ask whats up, he tells me someone else bought the car. MEANWHILE, I am paying for rental cars waiting for this one to be available. They DID NOT contact me to tell me anything. According to the listing, They said it had 1 owner. According to the Car Fax, it had 3. They have definitely lost my business. I am in the process of now purchasing a Challenger and my son a truck. It won't be through them. Buyer Beware.

After arriving it was made clear that the advertised price of the car was not the price of the car. In checking the reviews I discovered there are an additional $1,895 in dealer fees that are not reflected in the advertised price. For a cash buyer, not someone looking to finance their car, I would look at more traditional dealers.

I kept asking for interior color (as a convertible so did not want dark interior) as not listed & pix was from the automaker (BMW) catalog. Buying a car from out of state is like getting a tooth crown replaced. Looks and feels really nice at the end, but getting there was a challenge. Finance manager who is also a salesman is trying to sell all the extras for thousands and isn't savvy with out of state tax laws, and the sales person who can barely speak English - hard to understand. I've heard everyone's resume "to make me feel confident" - "I've been doing this since 1992, don't worry...." Not the most professional. I guess this is Internet business in the 21st century. Ugh

They only respond when I call them. They discovered an issue with the car. I was very interested and was willing to drive across the state of Florida to see it. I asked for updates on when the car would be ready and so far have not heard from them. They don't seem to be very interested in having me as a customer.

It is unfortunate that what you see is not what you get. There was absolutely no room to negotiate and if you think the lure of the listed price wasn't enough, think again. B the time you get to the financing desk after more than an hour wait you are bombarded with standard fees that are outrageous. Add at least $2,000.00 to your budget with fees already printed from the start. Make sure anything promised and all uttered as extras or bells and whistles to be added is put in writing. This was said to me,amazingly from someone who work there, while I was there and alarms went off. If , like in my case you leave and forgot anything promised, forget it. The denial in my case resulted in heated arguments and denials by the sales shark. Finally read the advertised details on Car Gurus and print out the offers because no one will ever offer it unless you ask and will act as though you are not telling yhe truth until you present your highlighted proof. Protect yourself !!!

Drove 6hrs to see a Black Mersades 2013 clk and when I got there it was a Brown me Mersades 2013 Clk, my conclusion the database wasn't correct. As a result I picked a 2011 clk to test drive, before I could test drive the car they had to put jumper cables on the battery to start the car when I got into the car to test drive it the check engine light was on and before I could drive it I had to sign a piece of paper. The car drove ok for the first 5 min and then I noticed the transmission was slipping a little this 2013 Mersades clk had only 40k miles maybe 50k and some even left a empty water bottle inside the car which could of been a mechanic that's to show you how sloppy this dealership Is. After my test drive, pulling up into the dealership the another light came on in the dash board which had a caution sign !. The sales man said to me after I told him that the car must be low on gas once again all trust and confidence in the sales man who is Spanish and the 2011 Mersades clk was a. These people are not honest or have reliable cars for sale. My advice is to shop at a certified dealership. And also why was the sales man stressing me so much about my credit score with a silly smile on his face. Advice to Spanish sales man be honest with your self and get a real job sir.

This is the worse Dealership I ever dealt with! I made 9 calls over a period of 4 days and send at least 6 email. Dealer obviously advertises a car with a low price only to tract traffic. Salesman does his best, but has never time to sell this car! After I contacted management and they finally emailed me a preliminary sales agreement, they increased the price of the car by almost $2,000.00 with fees like $899.00 Service Fee, $199.00 Etag Fee. $100.00 Road & Bridge Fee, $!00. UPS Fee, $160.00 for DMV Nationwide? They refused to put the mileage on the sales agreement. And so on! The Mgr. wrote, because the price of the car is so low, that some of their fees are their profit and overhead. Is this legal? If it is, then for me it is at least unethical! I will never deal with this dealership again!

I received a buyers order on 6-10-16 and called to insure the car i wanted was still available. I live 8 hrs away from Miami so once Christopher told me yes i had my bank immediately gave me a cashiers check for $32, 000. I also had to contact Geico to pay for insurance for this vehicle. I left 6-11-16 at 4am the following morning with my wife and children. I was 30 minutes out from the dealer when i received a call from Christopher saying he had some bad news. "The car has been sold!" I requested to speak with his manager and the only thing he told me was this won't happen again. When i arrived at the dealership they did nothing not even offer to pay for the blank trip i made. I personally will never return to the city of Miami. This was my 1st and last visit. I have never been so embarrassed and upset at the same time in my entire life. I am a current Law Enforcement Officer so taking the time off for work was an inconvenience all together."

Car that we were interested in was not available to view on the premises yet we were specifically asked to come through to see it and drove about 50 miles to their premises for this reason. We were extremely upset when we arrived and were told it was not there and did not accept being shown other more expensive same brand vehicles so left the dealership very dissatisfied. We should have been advised upfront that the specific vehicle that was advertised/offered was not available for a day or two so as not to waste our time as well as costs of travelling.

I wouldn't recommend this dealer. They are very unorganized and rude! The salesman I spoke with wasn't even sure if the vehicle was still available. He then told me he'd have someone call me back and they never did. The rep I spoke with was so rude he told me how terrible my credit was and how I needed to get something else lined up before I even considered buying a car from them. He was so negative and hateful. He wasn't helpful at all and could care less to have my business. I would give someone else my business before I even considered these rude and arrogant people!

Dealership is quick to respond with auto generated e-mail, but then no one responds. First my husband called and they were very rude saying that they DO NOT NEGOTIATE and then hung up on him. I waited 6 days and went to their website. Instant chatted with a guy already knowing that the price was the price and then he told me their closing cost were $895....WOW!!! I said with the closing cost in the price that they were way to high. He then proceeded to tell me I WOULD NEVER find another vehicle like this for the cost and so I told him I was looking at three others and gave him the web sites and then he got lippy in his instant chats saying that it was my choice and very lippy. I ended the Chat session, NEVER BUY FROM THESE RUDE INDIVIDUALS!!!!! I gave them a second chance.....NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Beware. Hgreg altered paper work after signature in order to keep funds. They split price between two products, changing price on non cancelable item from no price to $1,995 and decreased price on traceble theft item from $2,394 to $399. So i was cheated and refunded only $399 once canceled rather than $2,394. I spoke with General manager Frank and Owner Greg that is also refusing to refund advising this is a civil matter and product is non cancelable, even though it is clear under product price for permaplate it says N/A. They crossed that out with a pen and put $1,995. They originally advised this warranty was included in a warranty that was purchased that's why document say N/A under product price. If u decide to make purchase get clear copies at time of signature. Will never do business again. Geneva(Hgreg marketing manager) There are no accusations. It is evident documents have been altered Hgreg rewrote the prices in pen, there are no intials near price changes because we were unaware of change. Thanks for your attempt to speak to manager on issue, but your manager and owner have already informed me its a civil matter so I didn't think there was anything you can do. Very bad business and customer service.

I get there to see the car and it is flooded with water in passenger seat. They didnt let me test drive it. and there was like 4 broken pieces in the car. not as advertised. still no call back to tell me when car is ready to view. shame.

After extended correspondence, drove on a Saturday for 2.5 hours with full payment in hand, full asking price of vehicle. After test-drive expressed concern about mechanical issue and was told to come back on Monday, to have their team look it over. No deposit requested (which I found odd). Car sold to someone else on Sunday. Very unprofessional.

The dealer was fine car didn't function properly and no one fully understood the car. It was a long drive to spend time there. But someone should know the car they're selling. The Salesman was fine and very attentative to our needs. People were also nice there. But like i said it was a very long drive for me to go and then no one actually understood how the car worked thats all. I purchased 1 much closer with a manufacturer warranty to be rest assured mercedes will know my car. Thank you

I had a great experience. What a difference from Auto Nation Chevrolet in Doral, FL. I went there first. Absolutely horrible experience, those people will treat you like idiots. I went to HGreg after seeing their car inventory online. Of course I was skeptical but I tell you what, one of the best experiences I've ever had. The staff was very nice. I had a salesman by the name of David who was very respectful and knowledgeable. He really knows his stuff and even educated me about different cars. I would definitely go back to buy my next car.

This was the WORST car buying experience in my entire "adult life". After speaking with the HGreg representatives on the telephone and viewing the pictures of the vehicle on line, my wife and I drove 12 hours to Miami to purchase the 2014 GL 450. When we arrived at HGreg, I immediately inspected the vehicle and noticed that there were damages to the vehicle that the internet photos did not show. Once I notified the HGreg representatives of the discrepancies, they acted as though, I was buying a used car "AS IS" and that this type of damages should be expected. This is a side note: How many people spend 70K on a damaged vehicle? Right, moving on; the HGreg staff was reluctant to acknowledge their obvious deception practices, so I took my business to another establishment. My wife and I were totally disappointed with their lack of ethics and professionalism. I would strongly advise anyone with common sense to avoid this establishment and their band of unethical employees.

First sales rep that I spoke to was absolutely horrible...treated me like I was "wasting" his time enquiring about a Porsche they had in stock!! They lost my business!!

After first contacting this dealership I was excited about the Accord I had located online with them. I then decided to do an online search on the dealership itself since I knew little about auto auction houses. To my dismay I can across nothing but horrible reviews--like altering carfax documents, lying about accidents, not standing behind problem autos, etc. I emailed them letting them know I was no longer interested in the auto, but kept getting their emails, and why was I no longer interested in doing business with them. I gave a detailed explanation and advised them to change their business model or run off a lot of potential customers who research them online. Almost 2 weeks later I am still getting emails from them trying to sell me their junk.

Website woefully incomplete - they haven't conducted their auto auction for at least 8 months (I'm writing this in late March 2012), though they still hype it online. The contact we made over the phone found out he wouldn't be handling our purchase anymore, and when we arrived on-site he basically ignored us (didn't even bother to tell us that someone else would be helping us.) Then the car, which we soon found out had clear mechanical issues, was out of gas so we had to wait 10 minutes while they went to fill up the car. Mind boggling that they would expect a customer to buy a car in that condition. Overall, abysmal experience, will never return.
