List price on the vehicle is not what you will get when you go in. They listed a GX460 for 24k, initial drive out offer was $32,500. They "made a deal" for $28,500. We left. Very shady business practice here. Wrote the GM, no response. You have been warned.

I initially contacted the seller to explain I wanted to buy out of state and to request more detailed mechanical photos. The dealer asked for my direct contact info then ignored me after I provided it. Guess they didn’t want me to buy their car after all. Maybe they just didn’t want to provide photos of the underside of the vehicle, who knows. Moving on in my search.

I showed up unannounced on a Saturday afternoon and was greeted immediately. I was taken to find the diesel terrain after a few minutes and we looked it over, talked about financing, drove the car, then I took it home at the price I said I wanted to pay! I would recommend buying a car from them.... Who else offers a WARRANTY FOREVER?!?!

They responded to my inquiry very quickly. I was notified via email and a phone call from the salesman. I booked a test drive shortly thereafter. I went to the dealership and eventually was connected to the salesman. He was very friendly and down to earth, but did not seem to be overly knowledgeable about the vehicle. It was a good test drive and we were able to negotiate a deal. Again the salesman was not particularly knowledgeable about the process of turning in a VW lease vehicle and acquiring either a new lease, new car or CPO. We found out later, he was supposed to give us an odometer statement, which would be our receipt for the return of the lease vehicle. This dealership has too many products they are trying to sell from one location.

This dealership presented interesting challenges. They were quick to respond to queries about the vehicle in question but did not seem to really want to sell. One minute it was a "new" car (with 9500 miles) and when questions about it, it became a "demo" car. We did not successfully conclude a deal for yet a second attempt.

Great people, great deal, great dealership and great product. Made the deal over the phone and drove 5 hours the next day to get there. Was a little nervous that things would change once I arrived but my fears were in vain for when I arrived the vehicle had been detailed and was full of fuel and ready to go. The deal was exactly as promised over the phone and the only negative was that it took a little longer than expected to get the paperwork done because the Louisiana forms were not working correctly in their system.

I purchase new cars often...this is the first dealership that’s had me infuriated and upset. I was told the car was in pristine condition (I was shopping from hundreds of miles away). When I arrived, the car had all sorts of blemishes, dents, scrapes, scuffs...a side mirror is dented in...the rear emblems were crooked (and there are dents where the last emblems had been pried off). I was told that I’d agreed upon things that had never even come up. I was told I had to go through your bank. I was talked down to. Before coming in, this dealership seemed perfect. The salesman was kind and was willing to work with me. I was told the dealership would work numbers when I arrived...in hindsight, I guess it was to get me into the dealership. Once I got there, I was told by the salesman that he’d done enough (he told me he had had the windows tinted for me, but the CarFax said they’d been done in 10/2016) and that I was basically whining about nothing. If I “had a problem with the bottom line, I should pay more in cash”. When he told me I had made an agreement on the bottom line with a finance manager (which wasn’t true)— that was going to be the price, if I financed through their bank. If I didn’t, I was going to “have to pay thousands of dollars more”. I asked to speak to his manager before I ever made the trip to Houston, but NEVER got to. I was given the run around and never spoke to any manager, ever. Luckily, the gentleman in finance made the whole experience better. He agreed that the car salesman was unprofessional and should have fully disclosed all the issues with the “pristine” car (that was less than pristine). For what it’s worth, people in finance never negotiate the price of the car. I will NEVER buy another car from this dealership—it was a huge disappointment. The only redeeming quality was Frank, in finance. Everything started great...on the phone...and it ended well, in finance...but every single thing in between was awful.

It was by far the best experience I have had buying a car. I got exactly what i wanted at the price I was expecting. Jasmine and Diego were awesome to work with. I did't feel hassled and they spoke to me like I was a friend, not a customer. I was in and out of there in 2 hours! :)

Not too good. Negotiation was poorly done and follow up trying to get my deposit back and info on a spare key has been like pulling teeth. I won't be buying from them again.

Good experience with personnel I spoke with. The advertised price that drew my interest was explained to me through my series of questions about final cost. The transportation cost ($900.00)would be added to the final negotiated cost. One thousand dollars of the advertised cost was assuming you had a VW already under your insurance policies ( loyality). Another thousand dollars was with respect for you trade-in. In the end the total price was more than I was willing to pay. This does not mean that my quote was in my opinion a fair or not fair price. The dealers personnel responded quickly and listened to my questions and answered fairly.

Bought a vehicle from this dealership that I found through Cargurus. My vehicle qualified for the forever warranty that is offered at this dealership which is a huge plus. Only downside is the dealership was not willing to transport vehicle to its final destination.

Thom did a first rate job of describing the car and understood what my purchase was about. He showed the car well, was willing to go the extra mile in both having the car checked out independently and meeting my price. Handled the paperwork and transaction extremely well. I can't complain one bit about this dealer and would definitely go back again.

Went to look at the car, they refused to give fair value on trade in (we had a carmax quote) because they thought they had other interest in the car. We found another one at a dealership that was fair on the trade in.

Dealer responded quickly however never delivered any info. Only email sent were to verify my email address. Not one was to inform me of a vehicle or point of contact. This would not prevent me from buying here, just strange the way communication was initiated.

Very courteous, professional, attentive and responsive when I visited the dealership. Took a test drive, loved the car. Everyone (from James Leleo my sales consultant to the GM) was really friendly and willing to do whatever it took to earn my business. A great experience.
