These guys were awesome! When I picked up my car they had topped off my gas in the vehicle giving me a full tank of gas. There are a couple small hiccups with the car but they fixed immediately without my having to ask. They gave me an extremely good car at a very competitive price. The vehicle is washed and cleaned inside and out. The paperwork processing was handled competently and expediently. I would definitely recommend city of cars! And I'm going to be looking to use them again for my next vehicle. Loving my Grand Cherokee by the way! Most luxurious car if had.

Love the Avalanche! Brought it home last week. Buzz, the salesperson, was great; very helpful, honest and provided all that was promised. The dealership as a whole was welcoming and responsive to all that was needed. Buzz responded to all my calls/texts right away. The car was clean and ready for a test drive. Very trustworthy seller. After a walk-around of the car and sending more pictures showing quite a lot of rust, the dealer offered a refund, which I accepted. Although the sale didn't work out, the seller was very responsive and exceptionally gracious in offering the refund.

Buzz is good honest guy and I was able to understand their business model. The truck I wanted did not inspect the way I wished but they recommended I have independent inspection and I did. So, while I did not buy, I wanted to and would again.

I called them to verify that the vehicle was still there. I went to the lot and ended up speaking to the guy who ran the place. An unusual smaller dealer with a unique variety of foreign and domestic offerings. Everybody seemed normal and pleasant. (not always the case). Drove the vehicle but didn't make an offer. No problems up to this point. I liked the Maserati convertible more than the truck i drove!

City of Cars impressed me with how well they took car of their cars. It was like walking into a premium new car dealership. The crew working there was extremely polite. I inquired about a car on a Saturday after the shop had already closed but Buzz still contacted me that day. Buzz was super helpful and not at all pushy like some car dealers can be. If I didn't want the car, I felt I could just say no thanks and that would be it. I ended up buying an Impala from City of Cars and the thing is a beauty! It is about 7 years old but it feels like new. I would recommend City of Cars to anyone looking for a new ride. Buzz would be happy to help you with anything you need!!

We were contacted right away and we worked with Buzz Jackson. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience at City of Cars. Car was waiting for us to test drive. We pointed out a few things we thought needed attention and he took care of it right away. Price was good. Buzz let the car speak for itself and I did not feel any pressure. And the thing I really liked was that we were able to get the title and the license plate right there. Like a one stop shop. And we were able to drive the car home that day.

Highly recommended! We purchased a vehicle from this dealer, and it was a smooth transaction. This was especially important since we were traveling 1000 miles to pick this vehicle up. The dealer was accurate in their description of the vehicle's condition, and we went through with the purchase. We did the paperwork ahead of time and were on the way home in less than 2 hours.

Better than expected! We bought a beautiful Town and Country from Asher. The deal was so good and we were treated so well, it was worth a 20-hour drive (10 each way). Even though they had a sale, they surprized us with some very kind bonuses. Otto the owner and Jon - the other dealer that helped us, both worked with us even though they were off the days we needed their help. We'd buy from them again! Great folks!
