The sales associate, Mazen, was very helpful and provided information and photos when requested.

Dealer responded, unfortunately car sold day before.

Feel like I “survived” another car buying experience... vehicle we purchased is fantastic but missing several required accessories. Alerted dealer but have not received follow up or updates.

Castle Honda responded very quick to my inquiry. Unfortunately I haven’t been able to get to their dealership yet to see any cars .

They are A M A Z I N G!!! They went out of their way to help me and Marcus was so patient. The whole team was awesome. Marcus always answered my questions quickly and demonstrated professionalism. Great sales rep!!!

It started off ok with Marcus and then the owner or manager decided to up the price because he was getting a lot of hits on the car. I was in the process of negotiating and haven’t even gotten to drive the car yet and wanted to tell me the way they make money is off people who finance. So I said ok keep the vehicle!

Very different from the many other dealerships we visited. Ask for Mustafa in sales. He's already got my business when I make my next car purchase!

They reached out and were very helpful. They were priced a bit high but still were good to deal with.

Went there to see this car after receiving email saying it might be returned. Told us car was sold then wasted time finding the exact person who sent the email thinking they might get that person to show us other cars. 4 ppl sat around doing nothing and we had to ask them abt helping us find something else. We left irritated.

I had asked earlier that day if a car was available. The 2008 Mazda 3 and the dealer didn’t want to show me it and insisted I buy a brand new car because I’m too young and i NEED warranty. I kept asking for this car and he ended up saying they didn’t have it. I asked why if I had asked yesterday if the car was available and was emailing them about an updates. They just wanted me to come down there to sell me something I didn’t want.

Excellent! I worked with Lana who was great. I told her the price I was willing to pay upfront and she worked it out. No added fees, no hassle of any kind! I will return to Castle when it is time to purchase again. I love my new (used) car!

I came in on July 9th and Josh was the guy who helped me because Lana was not in the office. Josh was very helpful.His manager was very nice and helped us get the price down a bit. The whole process on getting this car was easy and quick. I couldn't be happier that I got this car. Thanks to Castle Honda.
