Dealer refused to negotiate advertised internet price. All offered discounts were also offered by all dealers.....nothing unique about Bartow to attract my business.

The best buying experience I've had in my years of buying cars. The sale staff were extremely helpful but not overbearing. They were thorough and ensured our needs were met. Even at the last hour. I researched and found a vehicle that was a bit less and they price matched. That kind of service and commitment is very rear.

I was looking for a clean, low mileage used Ford Flex. The Bartow Ford internet sales representative, Chris Stryker, was VERY responsive and accommodative. He is a gentleman and a knowledgeable professional. The sales transaction went very smoothly. The price was more than fair, and the trade-in allowance for my 2006 Ford Freestyle met my expectation on their initial offer. No pressure, no hassle, and I was into my new vehicle one day after my initial visit and test drive. Their detailing made this used car look, smell, and feel brand new. They ordered additional accessories that I wanted from the sources I chose, saving me the time and trouble to go elsewhere to purchase, ship, and install them myself. I will recommend Bartow Ford to all of my friends who are in the market for a new or used vehicle. It is well worth your time to drive to Bartow from anywhere in central Florida.
