Was not happy with overall service. Salesman left the window stickers on and it took another Salesman to fix the problem. Didn't top off gas leaving us with a 1/4 tank and having to fill up our selves. Was not quality (customer first) dealership at all.

I purchased a 2018 focus rs from Brandon Ford. They were very easy to deal with, everything was set up when I arrived. JC was great. 20min from walking in to driving out. Highly recommend.

Their pricing is very good but do not expect them to do anything better than the price listed. Considering that they are selling something the follow-up was less than I expected. I was informed multiple times that the truck I was looking at would not be sold for a dollar less than the price shown on CarGuru. I physically visited the dealership and had to call twice before I received a call back. As I said above, good pricing but do not expect any movement off that price.

I bought a car from them, but..... it wasn't the car that shows up on CarGurus. I am not sure if that car even exist. I think they may use a listing like this to get you to come in, then they sell you what they have. They also have a shady way to sell you extended warranty. As I said, I bought a car from them..... but if you go, I'd suggest you're very careful.

Not very accommodating to potential out of town customers, as they don't ship and don't act interested in working a deal via email or phone. I won't fly from Kansas City to Florida without a deal in place first

I went to Brandon Ford to look at a different car and purchased from them. Everything went smooth and they even drove the car to my house. I have a cast on my right foot and cannot drive. Will definitely buy from them again.

I bought the car for the price shown in the ad. No gimmicks, sold as advertised. I live in Bartow about 40 miles away, and they sent the car to Bartow Ford for me, so I didn't have to go to Brandon. Great experience!!!!

Emailed me that they had the exact car I wanted, at a price several thousand less than the one I found elsewhere. Exact same car, even the color. I responded right away. Was informed that car was no longer available. "Give us your phone number, a friendly sales rep will contact you about our current inventory!" Email bait and switch, or true story? I cut them off.

Tommy the Internet Sales Manager, was not helpful at all. Him talking to customers was a disgust as much as it was rude. If you were not buying the car at the price he wanted, he was not interested in selling, let alone negotiate. My overall experience with Brandon ford was a disappointment, I even visit in the dealership me and my bother, the front desk receptionist page for a sale rep four time but no one ever showed. No value in customer satisfaction and there not the number ford in Florida, with the type of service.

I didn't actually buy this car. I found another one when I went to visit. The staff was extremely helpful and were not overbearing. They car buying process was easy and they even followed up a few days after I bought the car to make sure I 'll ed it. I would definitely recommend them for future reference!

Great! They sold me the car I came for, didn't beat me up too much on my trade, gave me 2.9% for 66 months. Gave me 12 months 12,000 miles Ford Certified car warranty. Out the door within 4 hours. Great sales and Finance people

They answered once. Didn't tell me anything I didn't know except that they were tacking on a dealer prep fee of almost $600. They never contacted me again. I would have bought that car with a little more interest from them. So, I bought a similar car for a lot less money from another dealer. Their loss

Very good. Internet manager "Tommy" was efficient and honest. Would have bought the 2015 Lincoln MKX if didn't have to pay both Floridaa and Maryland taxes. This dealship has very good prices on used vehicles

the vehicle I wanted to purchase was available then it was sold. It is still listed three days later as still available for sale. They tried to switch me to another vehicle. Unsure if any of these vehicle are available for sale. Don't buy from this dealership.

Buyer beware. Dealer will not deal with local credit unions out of state (Florida). Says that they only deal with large banks or you must use their financing and refinance after purchase from them. Too much of a hassle and a huge red flag. Smaller banks usually always beat the dealer. Avoid this dealer if you have a trusted credit union. They only deal with big guys like Bank of America. Again Buyers beware.

I was contacted by Tee on this vehicle. I told him to consider it sold. I explained I work the mid shift and got off at 8:00, but could be in by 9:30. He emailed me back. I couldn't understand his email because the grammar was so awful. I sent him another email explaining this. He apologized and blamed it on using his voice application. He said he had an appointment that morning and asked if I could come in the next day. I explained I would come in later because I didn't want to lose the truck. I explained I was an ex auto sales associate and wasn't going to drive 45 min if the truck wasn't available. He said he would check on the truck to see if it was still available. I got an email about 40 min later stating the truck was getting detailed. Someone had put down a deposit. I notice the truck is still on line today. Grammar was terrible on all emails. I'm not sure I will ever do business or recommend this dealership.

When ask if I could purchase the vehicle they said no because they don't sale cars to people who are going to export. I live in St. Thomas Virgin Islands which is U.S. The vehicle I want I can only find on mainland but they turned me down even though I was coming to buy the car outright!

This was an internet directed purchase from a CarGurus website. I was contacted by J.C. Clements, from Brandon Ford's Internet Sales Department, and dealt with J.C. by email all the way until signing the paper work with the Business Manager and picking up the car. It was the best car purchasing experience I have had. I picked the Mustang I wanted, asked for their best price and what it would cost OUT The DOOR. J;C. provided both and after comparison with other dealers it was a fair price and less than the other dealers. I am exceptionally pleased with the deal, the car, J.C., and Brandon Ford.

Dealer did respond and we traded emails with various questions. I had requested a Car Fax report on the vehicle but never received it. I did do my own search and found the information. When CarGurus posted another price drop I called the dealer to check on availability and was told the vehicle was no longer on the lot. Apparently sold that day.

This dealership made it very convenient for me to purchase the car over the phone. I found the sales person to be very dependable and trustworthy. I was so surprised to see that the dealership was very beautiful with tons of cars, trucks, and other automobiles. The showroom was amazing, and the Brandon Ford staff members were so friendly and accommodating even at 8:00 p.m. This experience far exceeded my expectations!!

We found the car we wanted at Brandon Ford. It was a great price. THEN he added on fees that I've never heard of. We went to another Ford dealership and got a used newer, lower mileage same car for a great price.

The finance manager said I was turned down for a loan through sun coast. The very same day I went to another dealer and got a loan through sun coast for 2.75%. My credit is 736. The finance manager at Brandon is very ignorant and rude. I have an MBA in finance and he tried to lie to me and got caught.

internet salesperson suggested I correct the incorrect mileage data on CarGurus instead of doing it himself...then when I said he should do it he wished to argue. I would never deal with a dealership with this abrasive attitude. I can go anywhere, and...so can/should you.

Salesperson was great. One problem we had was the car was not really checked before we took possession of the car. We found out the tire pressure light was on. Told the salesperson when we got home. Went to Karras Lincoln and they repaired the problem which was no tire sensor was on the tire. This light had to be on for some time. Had a large area of sticky material on the inside of the driver's side of the window which was hard to remove. No one removed it at the dealership. Otherwise love my car.
