Bill was great showed me the car I went to look at and didn’t mind showing me other vehicles I asked about. Overall he was friendly and patient. Even though I didn’t purchase the vehicle I would recommend Bill and Auto Republic.

There was a big misunderstanding after I already drove 2 hours to purchase the vehicle. The miscommunication between salesman almost kept me from buying my vehicle. In the end they worked hard and got close enough on everything to make the deal happen. In short, a little bit of a bumpy experience but overall it worked out great.

I almost never write a review unless the service exceeds my expectations. I wa sat a dealer and ready to go and buy a car when I came across this dealership. I needed to get a car for my son and with the help of this guys I got my 18 year old son a much better car than he could even dream for an excellent price. Hector was really clrear o what I was getting and what I was paying for. No games, no upselling, no hidden fees. They were straight forward and made me feel like if I was buying a car from a friend. Good jod guys, keep the good work and motto. Thanks for all your help my son is really happy when we surprise him with the car. I am really sure that he'll never forget this day. He thought he was gona get a honda or Nissan or something like that and He end up with an Infiniti Q50, and the only reaso is because these guys make ne an offer that I couldn't let it pass. The car had apparent damage despite the info showing 0 accidents. We had to point it out to the sales guy who noticed it after pointing it out. The sales guy was nice despite not having a very professional appearance. The car still sits on their lot and there’s still no information from the dealer stating vehicle has body damage. Not an upfront dealership if they don’t state body damage on a vehicle that clearly looks like it was in an accident, even if wasn’t a reported accident. Always buy the full car fax before buying from dealerships. They can be shady.

Briefly spoke to one of the representatives from Auto Republic gave me an out-the-door price which I felt they jacked Sky High not sure how a $19,000 vehicle ends up almost $23,000 out the door I know taxes and fees are not that high

Bad! Let me explain as required. RX330 was excellent ~ external & internal, test drive was excellent... was ready to buy! So far was excellent as claimed by the manager. Last test was under the hood. I was allowed to take it to an auto shop. Found 7 out of 8 findings are major problems--- will cost $3,000 to fix in a nondealer shop. Take it to a dealer, it will cost more than $5,000. The findings include leaking valve cover gaskets, leaking power steering hose, leaking p/s pump, leaking ball joints, bad front control arms, etc. I know I'm buying a used car, but if you are to spend $11000, you don't want a car with multiple leaks that very soon need to be fixed. I notified the dealer manager about the problems. He said with all those problems he will take it to auction. But the car is still in the sales car inventory. Good luck to the customer who will buy not having it inspected 1st!

Fast response and good knowledge of Cadillacs. Junior the Manager was very helpful and their in-house financing offered some really nice options for us even though we'd been turned down elsewhere. Definitely would buy here.

Was not impressed. The sales guy, Nathan, didn't listen over the phone and made us drive three hours to let the deal walk over $500 bucks. Really what you would expect of a used car salesman, was just looking to sale the vehicle and not listening to the facts. The truck had electrical issues and has to have the transmission overhauled at 40k miles. They were asking a little above KKB value and didn't want to come down enough for us to assume the risk of some major problems. Glad I didn't make the deal, because I found a great truck for an awesome price at Lancaster Honda, and the were vey professional! CypressMotors will never be a mini- carMax if they don't learn to listen to people and not just waste their time.
