Drove 3 hrs to see truck and it was disgusting! Previous owner had clearly sneezed all over everything on dash and touch screen. Didn't bother to clean it not one bit when they knew when I was arriving. Most dealers these days offer substantial warranties even with used vehicles. This dealer offers absolutely nothing, zero piece of mind.

This is purely a rating for information and getting back to me quickly. Lady was prompt to get back to me with information and help me in any way I needed. The dealership is about an hour away from me and once I found chevys for sale price and mileage, there wasn’t a need for me to go there but they were very helpful. And I’m sure they could find me deals if I drive down to MS, but being close to Memphis it’s not needed

Called before we arrived to make sure they had the vehicle that was advertised then drive almost 40 miles out of the way an then when we got there he couldn’t find it an proceeded to try an sell us something else !! Very pushy salespeople an that I can’t stand !!

I want to give them the benefit of the doubt .... but it looks like deceptive advertising to me .... which makes me think what else are they not truthful about

Outstanding buying experience with Jimmy Gray! I heard from
the dealership immediately, via April Rounsaville, and had a
salesman, Cory Mask, waiting on me that afternoon. Everyone
was efficient, professional, and fair. April answered all my
questions and sent me a Carfax immediately. Cory was low
pressure and highly professional. I had been trying to buy a
truck for a month with bad experiences at their competitors. I
bought a car from Jimmy Gray Chevy in less than 30
minutes. I will definitely return to Jimmy Gray. They put a top
priority on customer service and it shows. Little talk and all

They responded within a couple of days but the vehicle I was inquiring about had already sold. They did offer to try & find me something else but I wasn't interested in anything else they had. Ended up getting a very similar vehicle elsewhere for right around the same price. I can't say this was a bad experience or a good one. I will say whoever responded to my inquiry was very polite about the whole thing.

The Service department is rude. My car
has had many problems and it's a good
thing that it still had warranty because
not even 2 months with it the
transmission went out. Then the 4
months later the convertible top doesn't
work anymore. They don't sell the part
anymore to fix it so basically they told
me it's tough luck. My remote
starter/key stopped working 7 months
after having it, went in the shop to get it
fixed. Cost me 175 dollars and a little
after a yr it messed up again. I took it
back and they said it's over the yr so
they can't do anything, that I had to buy
another. I have 3 other cars that are
about 10 to 15 yrs old and all of the
remote keys still work. Not a good place
to get any kind of service.

The vehicle I was interested in was sold before my appointment. Not a
problem. The dealers did not appear interested in making a sale with me
at all. I was only interested in the Tahoe but the dealers never tried to
sale me another similar vehicle. That pissed me off and I will take my
business elsewhere and tell everyone I come in contact with about my
horrible experience there.
