I purchased the car on 8/18/17. However, as of 9/14, it is still pending the following: the tag transfer receipt, information on the warranty lease (sent email to Annette Butler on Friday, 8/25/17 requesting this information), gift card from City Auto - Annette agreed to mail to me. Hopefully this information and card will arrive soon.

Mo was good to deal with. Brian was also good to help us with financing, although a bit pushy on purchasing the warranty. They both stayed very late to help us and went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied with the purchase. We had to schedule another visit to do some maintenance work because we live 2 hours away, and again Mo made sure we got what we wanted. Good dealership with good people. I would recommend them, but just make sure you get what you want.

Well I went to Memphis to get the car 6 hr drive each way it wan not ready 4 lug nut we missing the rear bumper had chipping paint They offered 150.00 to completely repaint a pearl white bumper . the it went we will fix it leave the cashier check and we will deliver to by the week end then i went to Monday they were shady and time was wasted be aware when dealing with them.

My experience was great. I had an outstanding sales lady. Wasn't pleased with the multiple times they pulled my credit report. The upper management staff was a bit snobbery. don't feel I got the best deal. I did purchase the vehicle. When I closed the deal, the down payment was much more than they told me it would be. Overall don't feel I got the best deal.

I actually contacted them and they were incredibly helpful. Let me test drive the car as long as I wanted (about 15-20 min) on the interstate and down some back roads. The dealership takes great care of their cars and employees. Doug was so kind and willing to help me find the car that was right for me. I ended up finding a car that fit me better somewhere else, but I'm still thankful for Doug and his care toward me and all his customers.

Got hammered with email after email every half hour bugging me for an appointment and my phone number. When I finally got free time to check there were so many I only had time to delete almost 10 before clicking unsubscribe. Did not look at the vehicle as I did not want to do business with that type of in your face dealer.

I was contacted promptly. I spoke with a salesman who was very professional (Mr Mike Richmond), he invited me out for a test drive and inspection of the vehicle. I made an appointment and completed both task and made an agreement to purchase the vehicle.

I was very excited when I found a Frontier SL Crew Cab, but I was extremely disappointed when I I fount out it was mistakenly mislabeled and was a SV model. City Auto very sincere with their appoligy and I bought the truck anyway. It was still a good deal , and I enjoyed working with them. I still felt disappointed even it was a honest mistake and even though they deserve a 5 star

They are not willing to work with you. Car salesman are not knowledgeable when it comes to dealing with backs. Also, the finance manager here acts like he doesn't know exactly what the bankers are looking for. Not doing business with them again.

Sales person followed up daily on interest and arrival date for test drive (we live out of state). When we arrived, she met us promptly in lobby and had car waiting for test drive. Even though we didn't buy the car, we will definitely be back as our car search continues for a weekend cruiser.

I was helping to find a truck for my daughter, who had her own financing through USAA. We arrived at Dealership to look at truck and sales staff did not seem very interested in helping us. The truck looks good in pics, but had snags on front and rear seat, dents and tailgate damage inside bed, and the plastic bed rail was loose causing the paint to be worn away. They would not budge on price, and wanted to charge nearly $700 in Doc and Business fees. We told them we could not pay that price along with the excessive fees and they still would not budge so we walked. The next day they texted me stating that USAA was a preferred lender of theirs and they could write us a check for $300 if we buy, which was not true. I ignored the text and we went to another dealer and bought a 2015 Ford F150 XLT Supercrew with a 3.5 Ecoboost with 27,800 miles for $27,000 and a $499 doc fee.

It was great with our first car ....but the second car we could get a call back ...and the salesman said he got my number right on his desk but never heard from him about the car that I wanted to buy ....when I last talked to him he said the car might be gone but he will call me back .

No haggle pricing, means the sticker price is pretty low so they don't budge. They make their money on the processing fee I think. But Scott was friendly, prompt and easy to work with. No pressure and a pretty good experience!

The dealer was polite and professional; however, he seemed indifferent to whether or not I was going to by the car--almost as if he was not wanting to sell it. The dealer/salesman was a little smug in the aspect of how many cars they sell monthly at City Auto, so it didn't matter if I bought the car I tested, because it would sell anyway. He was more knowledgeable about the comfort features of the car than its mechanics, but he didn't motivate me to purchase. I ended up purchasing another vehicle, which I liked more and for a better price from a different dealership, and I'm glad I did so. The dealer from whom I made my vehicle purchase was much more helpful and charismatic, and as it turns out, he had worked for City Auto before.

Probably the best dealership i have dealt with. Tried to make a trade to lower my payments because ive resently purchased a new vehicle from ford motor co. They wouldnt even talk to me about buying it back. Even though i did not do buisness with city auto in memphis, i was able to get the information that i needed.
