Lonnie the sales guy was extremely nice and pleasant, friendly, accommodating and quick to respond. Listing showed one owner and remainder factory warranty. Carfax showed two owners no factory warranty remaining. Autocheck showed one owner. My bank ran the Vin Value showed value $7000 less dealer asking price. A few of the same vehicles a year newer with around 25,000 to 30,000 miles more miles On CarGurus $5000-$10,000 less. Liked the lower miles. Went on site. Vehicle was clean, not as clean as I would’ve expected stains on the floor and on seats loose interior trim, broken side view mirror. With cash in hand Offered $2900 less than their asking price along with my trade out the door. they did not accept my offer. On market 86 days. If we could come to an agreed price I would do business with Lonnie and this Dealer.

Dealer contacted me twice, which I appreciate, but I ask for pictures because the posted sales picture was a stock photo. I never heard anything again. Could've been busy but I can't buy a car that I can't look at. All in all, I have nothing bad to say. Like I said, he Could've been busy.

At Dutch’s Chevrolet he informed me of all details of the vehicle even though I didn’t make a purchase he was very kind patient and understanding promised to keep an eye out for something along the lines of what I was looking for. Car has been on the lot for over a year, won't take a lower price to move the car, stuck on their price. When I inquired about the vehicle, it had been on their lot for 435 days. I made an offer, and the salesman was rude, telling me that I was too low, and there is no way they would take that. When I inquired what they would take, he never responded, and would not return my phone calls. Very disappointed.

dealer assured that car would be pulled from lineup for me to drive next day. I drove 4 hrs. only to be told "sorry" a salesmans cousin took it home for the weekend. I went prepared to purchase the car which was not there.I drove 4 hrs. home never to deal with them again.
