The Genesis G70 is a four-door compact sedan from the luxury wing of the Hyundai Motor Group. The G70 features either a turbocharged four- or six-cylinder engine, and either rear- or all-wheel drive. If you’re looking for the freshest design, the 2022 model year is the first after the facelift, which went on sale in 2021. Mechanically, though, the 2018 to 2020 model year G70 is nearly identical in the US market. The facelift also marked the demise of the six-speed manual transmission, so if it’s a stick you’re after, you’ll need to look for a 2018 to 2020 with the entry-level 252-horsepower 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder.
